• As an Admin assistant, you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
• You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with record keeping, purchasing, planning and distributing information.
• You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Arrange appointments and meetings for the Director of Engineering, record same in diary and ensure the Director of Engineering has the appropriate documentation for each appointment
• Assist DOE to organize various meetings:send invitation/agenda, attend the meeting if required, take or translate meeting minutes and distribute to the relevant persons within 24 hours of the meeting taking place.
• To handle incoming calls/correspondence for DOE, to evaluate and disseminate the calls/correspondence to person’s responsible.
• Gather information/statistics from relevant departments and compile the monthly DOE report for his review
• Ensures complaints and requests are handled with the aim of exceeding internal and external customer expectations. Follow up of all Direct complaints with the necessary department heads and respond within 48 hours.
• Manage office/e-mails when the DOE is away.
• Assist DOE for travel arrangements: travel authorizations; make appointments if required, air-ticket/accommodation booking, and expenses claim etc.
• Keep and build good business relationship with key departments of the owning company.
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms, follow up on time sheets and time and attendance/rosters and schedules with the human resources department on behalf of the Engineering department.
• File and update contact information of employees, suppliers and external partners
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system for all records, inventories and meeting minutes.
• Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders and purchase requests.
• Document expenses and hand in reports
• Prepare the monthly P&L (profit and loss) report
• Arrange, manage the roster the department, check the attendance record
• Assist the forecast of the cost monthly
• Follow up the events to assign persons to setup and standby accordingly
• Undertake occasional receptionist duties
• Comply with all Hotel Standards and Procedures.
• Be knowledgeable of procedures for security and emergency incidents and is familiar with location of fire alarms and fire extinguishers.
• At every opportunity demonstrate effective selling techniques in promoting Sheraton/Marriott products and services.
• Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
• Maintain personal presentation to hotel and Marriott standards

Additional Responsibilities
• Ensures VIP amenity requests from GM/DOPS are handled in timely manner.
• Signs for managers and release, with specific permission.
• Communicates the importance of safety procedures, detailing procedure codes, ensuring employee understanding of safety codes, monitoring processes and procedures related to safety.
• Attends meetings to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and manage activities.
• Works with other people to gather the information necessary to manage projects, achieve goals, and resolve problems.

2. Kỹ sư Tự Động Hóa: 02 người
- Công việc thực hiện liên quan đến hệ thống điều khiển trong các nhà máy công nghiệp:
- Thiết kế các tủ điều khiển
- Lập trình điều khiển PLC, HMI, SCADA, Web
- Cài đặt, kiểm tra chạy thử và bàn giao các hệ thống điều khiển tại công trường.

11. Ensure a safe and easy travel for the customers/ guests to their destinations or to the hotel.
12. Assists the guests in any travel or destination regarding issues by applying his/her knowledge of the local area.
13. File the record of the timings for which the vehicle was used and the purpose to his/ her superior.
14. Complies with all the traffic/ road rules and regulation of the state while also following the policies of the hotel authorities.
15. Maintain all Hotel vehicles in an excellent condition at all times. i.e Washed Inside and outside plus has performed the regular service.
16. Works closely with Front Office Manager and Financial department for the various costs as fuel and maintenance for each vehicle.
17. Greet all arrival and departure guests while assisting in traffic control at the main entrance. Subsequently, to handle with in and out luggage with the rapid and accurate professional services under the standard of performance
18. Deliver newspapers, mails, messages, parcels and faxes properly and professionally handling with telephone line and paging system.
19. Be acquainted with all hotel facilities, including the guest room facilities and know all events in the hotel.
20. Ensure and responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of working area, luggage room, luggage trolleys, luggage passage way and to report to bell captain if any repair needed as well as the uniform appearance must always neat and clean
21. Take responsibility for all registered luggage that is the mandatory from the hotel guideline on luggage control and security
22. Coordinate with GSA and GRO in order to provide professional service i.e. check with front cashier if guests have already settled their account
23. Replacing welcome agents at the main entrance and open the door for the guests when necessary
24. Ensure that all luggage deliveries and collections are accurately recorded in the luggage control sheet.
