Brand Collection DevelopmentBrand Collection Portfolio & Roadmap Planning: Assist the Brand Manager in developing detailed plans to grow and improve strategic jewelry collections throughout the year.Market Research & Data Analysis: Conduct market research and data analysis to uncover market insights, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.New Product Development: Guide, develop, and manage the process from concept to finished product.- Build a Collection Brief that aligns with the creative direction and brand story.- Oversee the product development process, including design (Creative, 2D, 3D) to visualize ideas and product stories; R&D for exploring new production technologies and materials; sample production and mass production.- Visual Merchandising and Packaging.- Pricing and Retail Sales Policy.Mass Production:- Coordinate Supply Chain: Forecast and plan mass production and material requirements.- Order and track product progress for retail distribution.2. Collection MarketingBuild a 6Ps marketing plan to position and promote the collection to target customers, achieving both business and brand KPIs:Positioning & Communication: Develop positioning strategy and communication plan for the collection to target customers, in collaboration with Brand Management, Brand Service, and Marketing Operations teams.Promotion & Trade Marketing: Develop Trade Marketing plans, collaborate with the Retail Marketing department, and coordinate retail operations for execution.Product Training: Create tools and materials for product training and implement training for retail systems and relevant departments.3. Sales Performance ManagementSales Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on business performance regularly; collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to analyze and forecast demand, ensuring timely production plans to meet sales targets and KPIs.Collection Life Cycle Management: Track and manage the life cycle of collections (new arrivals, bestsellers, slow sellers, discontinued items) to optimize capital turnover and business efficiency.4. Campaign/Project Management & CollaborationCampaign/Project Management: Participate in managing or supporting company-wide projects and campaigns as assigned by the Brand Manager, following project setup and task delegation.Innovation & Optimization: Proactively propose and develop improvements and optimizations to operational processes to maintain a culture of creativity, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
