-Lên kế hoạch thăm, tổ chức hội thảo và giới thiệu sản phẩm, giải pháp cho khách hàng tại nhà máy;
-Phối hợp với bộ phận Sales tham gia chào thầu;
-Chịu trách nhiệm quảng bá và bán các sản phẩm / giải pháp dưới sự chỉ đạo của -Trưởng phòng / Trưởng nhóm, tập trung nghiên cứu, phát triển mảng giải pháp được giao.
-Dự đoán doanh số để xác định xu hướng, tận dụng các giải pháp bán hàng chủ động.
-Phát triển các cơ hội bán hàng mới, theo đuổi các khách hàng, giải quyết các nhu cầu của khách hàng.
-Chủ động làm việc độc lập và làm việc theo nhóm.
-Thường xuyên đi công tác
-Các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của người Quản lý trực tiếp hoặc Ban Giám Đốc.
- Tạo mới và định dạng các trường thông tin lên hệ thống phần mềm
- Đăng tài thông tin giá cả của hợp đồng và các dữ liệu cần đi kèm lên hệ thống phần mềm
- Tính giá bán cho các đại lý, chuyển đổi giá sang đồng đô la theo chuẩn mực quy định
- Kiểm tra dữ liệu và sửa đổi kịp thời nếu phát hiện thấy có lỗi xảy ra
- Kiểm tra tính chính xác của dữ liệu đầu vào và các Booking đổ về hệ thống
- Cập nhật lượng phòng dự trữ và ngày nhả phòng cho các khách sạn có thỏa thuận giữ phòng theo từng mùa
- Thông báo cho các bộ phận liên quan về những thay đổi trên hệ thống
- Chuẩn bị các báo cáo theo yêu cầu của Trưởng bộ phận
- THực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng bộ phận
• Handle reservations by email, telephone, website or central reservation systems referral.
• Check flight reports to know the seat & booking possibility in next days
• Know the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
• Know the selling status, rates and benefits of all package plans.
• Know the credit policy of the hotel and how to code each reservation.
• Determines room rates based on the selling tactics of the resort.
• Prepares letter of booking confirmation.
• Handle cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the hotels/ resorts.
• Handle strictly all report “No answer”/ “Not confirm” to take action accordingly.
• Handle group/ bookings whenever flight delays/ cancels/ sold over flight tickets
• Handle Crew, Fam Trip, Vip bookings.
• Handle advance deposits on the reservation.
• Helps develop room revenue and occupancy forecasts.
• In charge key account hotels (Novotels Phu Quoc/ Vinpearl Phu Quoc – 2 hotels)
• Prepares expected arrival list for hotels/ resorts.
• Have a full knowledge about the product of hotel, all service & activities.
• Assists in preregistration activities when appropriate.
• Monitors advances deposit requirements.
• Handle daily correspondence. Respond to inquire and makes reservation as needed.
• Make sure those files are kept up to date.
• Maintains a clean and neat appearance work area at all times.
• Promotes goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to guests, mangers and colleagues.
• Getting information about areas of interest in order to target more guests in particular seasons.
• Ensure all complaints are reported and followed up on promptly.
• Fully know how to use, manage booking and service on the Samo System.
• Keep up with changes in the market and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Maintain a high profile with guests, agents and neighbors and maintain a good customer relationship/ company partners (hotels/ resorts)
• Develop and maintain effective channels of communication throughout the Department.
• Assign responsibilities to subordinates and check their performance periodically.
• Monitor recruitment to ensure the highest possible standards are maintained.
• Ensure sufficient staffing levels are maintained within agreed budgetary guidelines.
• Promote a high level of performance and motivation amongst Reservations staff and carry out regular performance appraisals.
• Ensure all staff are aware of and adhere to the Company policy and procedures, rules and regulations and are familiar.
• Attend HOD meetings to discuss operational matters and strategic developments.
• Brief direct reports on all relevant issues within the Company to ensure the efficient operation of your department.
• Liaise with the press, KOL, travel agents and assist with familiarization visits.
• Ensure all relevant reports are submitted to the relevant persons on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure all guest and staff incident reports are submitted.
• Be accountable for ensuring all staff administration is accurate and promptly completed (i.e. schedules, holidays and sickness)
• Ensure adequate administrative record keeping and cash control procedures are implemented and maintained.
• Ensure standards are met and maintained with the use of checklists.
• Ensure adequate learning is undertaken recorded, monitored and reported on.
• Develop departmental trainers and assign training responsibilities.
• Identify training needs and plan training programs accordingly and conduct training sessions to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their duties.

1. Update the stop sales at hotels into SAMO accurately.
2. Handling the complaints at the minor level from staying guests occurring upon staying. The serious complaints will be handled by Reservation Manager.
3. Answer the concerns/ question from representative sales offices in Kazakhstan/ Uzebekistan… about hotels facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, room availability, entertainment, restaurants…)
4. Corporate with accountant team in clarifying room charge to make accurate payment to the hotels.
5. Track and monitor the booking confirmation by hotels to the bookings under “no-answer”/ “not confirm” status in Samo, ensuring the rate is confirmed accurately, to bring the profit to company.
6. Ensure all bookings and requests of customers are responded properly within 24hours.
7. Interact with hotels in order to securing staying guests are provided the appropriate services, and the best experience as well.
8. Handling the no-show bookings at hotels.
9. Offering the according alternatives of other categories/ hotels to suit guests need in term that their initiated bookings rejected.
10. Follow “upselling” techniques and sales strategies in order to maximize company revenue.
11. Make sure all services of booking in Samo are accordingly input (e.g. transfers, visa, flight details…)
12. Put effort to negotiate with the hotels to reduce/waive the penalty charge in term that booking must be changed/ cancelled in violation of the term and condition of the contracts with the hotels.
13. Perform other tasks and requirements as assigned by Reservation Manager
14. Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to colleagues
15. Strongly support colleagues and sales team to deliver the best quality of services to customers/ partners.
16. Be active in Company’ activities to build the solidary of company.
