Job SummarySupply Chain Manager is responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations for Amorepacific Vietnam, managing demand planning, logistics, inventory, and supply coordination across multiple beauty brands. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, and alignment with both offline retail and e-commerce channels.Key Responsibilities1. Supply Chain Management• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, supply planning, logistics, and inventory management.• Ensure smooth coordination between headquarters, local teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.• Monitor supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement in cost, service level, and efficiency.2. Demand Planning & Forecasting• Lead demand planning activities across all brands and channels (Retail & E-commerce).• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to develop accurate forecasts.• Analyze sales trends, promotions, and market dynamics to optimize forecast accuracy.• Manage demand planning processes and cycles using SAP.3. Logistics & Distribution• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including importation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.• Work with 3PL partners to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.• Monitor logistics KPIs such as lead time, OTIF, inventory turnover, and logistics cost.• Ensure compliance with local regulations related to import/export and cosmetics distribution.4. Inventory Management• Optimize inventory levels to balance service level and working capital.• Prevent stock-outs and overstock situations across retail stores and e-commerce warehouses.• Manage product lifecycle, including new launches and phase-out planning.5. E-commerce Supply Chain Support• Support fast-growing e-commerce channels by ensuring agile supply, allocation, and fulfillment.• Coordinate closely with E-commerce teams to manage flash sales, campaigns, and peak periods.• Improve supply chain responsiveness to meet online customer expectations.6. Team & Stakeholder Management• Manage and develop the supply chain team, including logistics and demand planning functions.• Act as a key supply chain contact for internal stakeholders and regional/global HQ.• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and HQ.
