The HR Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and internal engagement activities within a technology-driven, globally distributed team of approximately 60 employees.This role works closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations in a fast-growing global tech startup, while also offering clear HRM development and promotion opportunities.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & engagement• Main in charge recruitment lifecycle.• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment data.• Act as the main HR contact point for employee questions and daily HR matters.• Support internal engagement activities and employer branding initiatives.• Assist in organizing team-building, internal communication, and engagement surveys.• Conduct exit interviews and summarize feedback.2. ABOUT THE JOBThe Payroll Services Lead ensures the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. The person will collaborate with the Colleague Services Team to ensure all payroll-related activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES1. The general scope of work:• Leading the payroll team to deliver the daily operations of payroll processing, including reviewing and verifying payroll data, and ensuring the accuracy of employee payroll information• Maintain compliance with all applicable payroll laws, regulations, and internal policies.• Develop and implement payroll procedures, processes, and controls to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of payroll operations.• Act as the subject matter expert for payroll- related tax and insurance matters, providing guidance to internal teams.• Collaborate with other departments, such as People & Culture and Finance, to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.• Manage relationships with external payroll vendors, ensuring that payroll data is delivered and processed accurately and punctually.• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to payroll inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.• Oversee all payroll audit activities both internal and external and ensure all risks are well-managed and controlled. • Review and oversee monthly Personal Income Tax (PIT) filings and statutory declarations, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with applicable tax regulations.• Lead and review the annual PIT finalization process, including employee eligibility assessment, reconciliation, submission to tax authorities, and issuance of PIT withholding certificates.• Oversee Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance (SHUI) reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly and annual insurance reports in accordance with government requirements.• Manage payroll-related government reporting, including ad-hoc requests, audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions required by tax authorities, social insurance agencies, and other relevant bodies.• Coordinate and review reports requested by internal stakeholders such as Finance, People & Culture, Riks, Compliance and Audit team, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.• Provide operational support for contractor and workforce conversion activities, including vendor coordination, employee conversion.• Be responsible as people leader in building a high performing team, continuous developing team member for their career growth and progression.2. Other tasksWork closely with Colleague Services Manager to:• Support the development and implementation of payroll control frameworks, including documentation of risks, controls, procedures and monitoring mechanisms to improve payroll accuracy, compliance and operational resilience.• Support the payroll uplift project by providing payroll expertise to uplift processes, controls and system effectiveness.• Other projects as assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Search & Client Management• Responsible for delivering high quality service to clients and candidates;• Promote & build awareness of Navigos Search’s capabilities to an existing client or prospective client;• Work with client companies, find out about their business, their culture, their current and future recruitment needs, and to develop a loyal business relationship with them;• Attract quality candidates through preparing job descriptions/postings, screening and short listing applicants; as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals;• Screen and interview candidates in accordance with company standards• Organize interviews for candidate as requested by the client;• Ensure the recruitment speed and results of the assigned vacancies are efficient to turn around time and candidate’s qualifications;• Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training and career progression;• Follow up on leads for permanent recruitment provided by other staff members;• Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs;• Perform other tasks assigned by manager/director.2. Business Development & Strategies• Actively market Navigos Search and services to clients and candidates (i.e. Networking events, internal company events, etc.).• Align company & team business strategies to ensure growth of team while building/maintaining client relationships.• Cooperate & synergize with other managers to meet company objectives and ensure active sales pipeline (i.e. Individual & team).
