Own and drive the growth and quality of Fastlance’s freelancer and buyer community.Design and execute acquisition strategies for both demand and supply to expand user bases across targeted industries and skill sets.
Research market trends, talent needs, and competitor strategies.
Manage demand-side outreach (e.g., SMEs, startups, professionals).
Build partnerships with individuals, communities, universities, business groups, and other partners to create pipelines of qualified talent.
Monitor and track acquisition metrics—including new sign-ups, activation rates, conversion rates, quality, and other relevant indicators—to drive continuous improvement.
Improve buyer conversion through outreach and support.
Develop initiatives to nurture freelancer relationships, build trust, and maintain an active, engaged talent pool.
