-Quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động nhập – xuất – tồn của kho (vải, chỉ, nút, dây kéo, nhãn, bao bì...).
-Tổ chức sắp xếp, phân loại, bảo quản nguyên phụ liệu đúng tiêu chuẩn, tránh hư hỏng, thất thoát.
-Kiểm tra chứng từ, số lượng, chất lượng nguyên phụ liệu nhập – xuất kho.
-Cập nhật tồn kho chính xác hàng ngày vào hệ thống/phần mềm.
-Phối hợp với các bộ phận Mua hàng, Sản xuất, Kế toán… để đảm bảo nguyên phụ liệu cung cấp kịp thời, đúng yêu cầu.
-Thực hiện kiểm kê định kỳ và đột xuất theo kế hoạch hoặc yêu cầu của công ty.
-Quản lý, đào tạo và phân công công việc cho nhân viên kho.
-Thực hiện các báo cáo tồn kho, báo cáo nhập xuất tồn, báo cáo đối chiếu với kế toán.
