I. Tổng quan vị trí

Vai trò này hỗ trợ trực tiếp cho khu vực Bếp (Back of House), tập trung vào công tác hành chính, phiên dịch và điều phối. Ứng viên sẽ là cầu nối giữa Bếp và Sảnh (Front of House), đảm bảo thông tin, yêu cầu và tiến độ được truyền đạt chính xác, đặc biệt trong các buổi trình diễn Teppanyaki của Bếp trưởng Nhật.

II. Nhiệm vụ chính

1. Hành chính khu vực Bếp

• Quản lý hồ sơ, tài liệu, báo cáo, biểu mẫu và lịch làm việc của bếp.

• Chuẩn bị đề xuất chi phí, yêu cầu mua hàng (nguyên liệu, vật dụng bếp), thư từ nhà cung cấp.

• Tổ chức, ghi nhận biên bản cuộc họp trong bếp; theo dõi việc thực hiện các đầu việc.

• Theo dõi tiến độ các hạng mục chuẩn bị của bếp trong giai đoạn tiền khai trương.

2. Phiên dịch Nhật – Việt

• Phiên dịch trực tiếp cho Bếp trưởng Nhật trong các buổi họp, briefing, đào tạo.

• Phiên dịch trong các buổi trình diễn Teppanyaki của Bếp trưởng, giúp khách hàng (FOH) hiểu rõ câu chuyện, nguyên liệu, kỹ thuật chế biến, đồng thời hỗ trợ BOH nắm chính xác chỉ đạo.

• Biên dịch SOP, menu, công thức, checklist, tài liệu kỹ thuật từ Nhật – Việt.

• Truyền đạt chính xác hướng dẫn kỹ thuật, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng từ Bếp trưởng cho nhân viên BOH & FOH.

3. Điều phối & Kết nối BOH – FOH

• Là đầu mối kết nối giữa Bếp và Sảnh trong các vấn đề nhân sự, mua hàng, setup dịch vụ.

• Truyền đạt yêu cầu đặc biệt từ khách (FOH) cho bếp (BOH) và ngược lại.

• Điều phối với các bộ phận hỗ trợ (Nhân sự, Mua sắm, Tài chính, IT) liên quan đến khu vực bếp.

• Hỗ trợ kiểm tra sự sẵn sàng của khu vực bếp và phối hợp FOH để đảm bảo flow dịch vụ.

III. Yêu cầu công việc

• Thành thạo tiếng Nhật (N2 trở lên), có kỹ năng giao tiếp & phiên dịch lưu loát.

• Giao tiếp cơ bản bằng tiếng Anh.

• Tự tin phiên dịch trực tiếp trước khách trong môi trường trình diễn (Teppanyaki show).

• Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm hành chính, điều phối hoặc trợ lý trong lĩnh vực bếp/nhà hàng/khách sạn.

• Khả năng quản lý hồ sơ, theo dõi timeline và phối hợp đa bộ phận.

• Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Cẩn thận, chủ động, làm việc tốt trong môi trường áp lực, đa văn hóa.

• Tác phong chuyên nghiệp, thái độ phục vụ tốt, biết cách ứng xử với mọi người.

• Sẵn sàng làm việc linh hoạt: buổi tối, cuối tuần, ngày lễ.

• Giữ bí mật và chuyên nghiệp khi xử lý thông tin của khách và công thức món ăn.

IV. Quyền lợi
