Job Purpose-The Enterprise Architect leads initiatives using project management best practices and industry architecture frameworks. I. Key Accountabilities: A. Software Development • Responsible for ensuring that the bank's digital platforms work well by managing back end site databases, performance issues, security and that the server, application and database communicate with each other. • Responsible for collaborating with business tribes to understand the needs and technical requirements before building a web application. • Responsible for the server-side web application logic and integration with front-end codes • Collaborate with Front End Developers to design more functional and cohesive codes to enhance user experience. • Responsible for driving the application lifecycle with a key focus in coding and debugging of web applications based on feedback from testers and users. • Compile and analyze data, process and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement. B. Software Documentation • Work closely with tribe and squad members to translate business requirements into technical design documents. • Review and implement technical requirement documents by coding flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and guides for the program.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications.• Implement Event-Driven Architecture using message brokers such as NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.• Develop efficient serialization and communication protocols using Protobuf or equivalent technologies.• Build and maintain microservices that are highly performant, reliable, and scalable.• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to support TDD practices.

Security, Business Continuity, Compliance & Governance• Through partnership with the IT user community, stay up-to-date on business initiatives requiring technology implementation, making sure that IT is involved from the initial stage.• Monitor compliance of IT solution implementation projects vis-a-vis IT standards, policies and procedures, and IT risk controls. • Supports the development, implementation and execution of the IT Services part of IT Service Continuity Plan• Contributes to the management of respective regular activities including review, testing and back-up resource planning• Assist in evaluating the feasibility of leveraging existing solutions to optimize expected benefits and total cost of ownership.• Provide the necessary support to evaluate the IT cost impact of solution(s) to be implemented, including comparative cost-benefit analysis.• Provide project budgeting support, ensuring compliance with JTI guidelines, policies and procedures.• Assists Line Manager in planning and execution of the IT budgets (for Business Application's systems/services) and any adjustments through budget process.6. ABOUT THE POSITION:The SAP BASIC Administrator partners with internal and external functional, technical and security resources to maintain the life-cycle management, security, and performance of Qorvo’s SAP and On Prem systems along with cloud environment. Responsible for running the SAP landscape (managing routine maintenance, operation, and upgrades), and plays a critical role in planning and executing migrations and other major projects.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Coordinate and execute the implementation, configuration and management of all the SAP on-prem and on cloud systems, including but not limited to, SAP ECC, SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Fiori, SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM), SAP PO/PI, SAP Business Objects, SAP BI Platform and SAP Solution Manager. Có kiến thức với các công cụ Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins, Gitlab ….) là một lợi thế. Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt là một lợi thế. Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ Microsoft như MCSA, MCSE, MCP, Azure…
