Own overall performance of the Delivery unit, including KPIs: billable rate, resource utilization, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
Define and execute delivery strategy aligned with company goals.
Act as the top escalation point for project/account issues.
Oversee large-scale, high-complexity projects and programs, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met.
Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, PMO, and Delivery teams in project planning, resource estimation, and solution design.
Ensure consistent project governance, risk management, and compliance with delivery standards.
Manage and grow delivery teams, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
Support business development and client engagement, especially with senior-level stakeholders.
Drive improvements in tools, workflows, and delivery practices to increase efficiency and profitability.
Report directly to CEO.
