1. Phân tích hồ sơ kỹ thuật và bản vẽ:

• Đọc hiểu các bản vẽ kỹ thuật, sơ đồ, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của các sản phẩm như dock leveler, cửa công nghiệp, bàn nâng.
• Xác định các phần, bộ phận, vật tư cần thiết dựa trên hồ sơ kỹ thuật.

2. Bốc tách khối lượng:

• Tính toán và phân chia khối lượng vật tư, nguyên vật liệu, công đoạn cho từng bộ phận, công đoạn trong quá trình sản xuất.
• Xác định rõ khối lượng vật tư, vật liệu, lao động cần thiết cho từng dự án hoặc sản phẩm.

3. Lập dự toán và báo cáo:

• Dựa trên khối lượng đã bốc tách, lập dự toán chi phí, vật tư, nhân công phù hợp với kế hoạch của dự án.
• Báo cáo khối lượng, dự toán cho cấp trên, bộ phận mua hàng, kế hoạch sản xuất.

4. Kiểm tra, đối chiếu:

• Thực hiện kiểm tra, đối chiếu khối lượng thực tế so với hồ sơ, dự toán để đảm bảo chính xác, tránh thất thoát hoặc thiếu hụt vật tư.

5. Phối hợp công tác:

• Làm việc chặt chẽ với các bộ phận kỹ thuật, mua hàng, sản xuất để cập nhật và điều chỉnh khối lượng phù hợp với tiến độ và thực tế.

Mục đích công việc: Chịu trách nhiệm triển khai các hoạt động thuộc CX Framework, đảm bảo các hoạt động đạt được kết quả như đã đề ra

1. Hỗ trợ và đóng góp ý tưởng để xây dựng Chương trình hành động nhằm cải thiện chất lượng trải nghiệm theo các kênh, các segment theo CX Framework

2. Triển khai các hoạt động thuộc CX Framework:

- Thực hiện việc đo lường các chỉ số được quy định tại Bộ chỉ số chất lượng trải nghiệm (CSAT, NPS…)

- Xây dựng các báo cáo định kỳ về CX Framework như báo cáo CXC, EXCO…

- Phối hợp với các đơn vị để xây dựng các hoạt động cải thiện trải nghiệm KH như Xây dựng hành trình KH, các chuyên đề cải thiện trải nghiệm KH…

3. Đảm bảo chất lượng của các hoạt động thuộc CX Framework:

- Phối hợp giám sát các hoạt động thuộc phạm vi CX Framework đảm bảo hoạt động được triển khai hiệu quả và đem lại kết quả như kỳ vọng.

4. Chủ động đề xuất các sáng kiến nhằm nâng cao trải nghiệm KH trên cơ sở thực trạng, kết quả của các hoạt động thuộc CX Framework

5. Chủ động tham gia và đóng góp ý kiến cho hoạt động đào tạo nội bộ để cải thiện chất lượng của bộ phận.
