NHIỆM VỤ
– Làm việc với Content để lên ý tưởng, xây dựng kịch bản và thực hiện quay video cho các nền tảng Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram… theo định hướng thương hiệu.
– Dựng và chỉnh sửa video theo yêu cầu của từng nền tảng, đảm bảo nội dung thu hút và phù hợp với xu hướng thị trường.
– Phối hợp với đội ngũ Marketing để xây dựng các chiến dịch truyền thông hiệu quả qua video.
– Xử lý hậu kỳ video: chỉnh màu, âm thanh, hiệu ứng, motion graphic để nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm.
– Quản lý kho dữ liệu video, hình ảnh, đảm bảo lưu trữ khoa học và dễ truy xuất.
– Nghiên cứu xu hướng video hot, cập nhật phong cách dựng phim mới để áp dụng vào công việc.
– Hỗ trợ các dự án livestream, phỏng vấn, quay tư liệu cho nội bộ công ty khi cần thiết.

* Yêu cầu năng lực
– Thành thạo các phần mềm chỉnh sửa, dựng phim Capcut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects (biết thêm Photoshop, Audition, DaVinci Resolve là lợi thế).
– Có kỹ năng quay phim bằng máy quay chuyên nghiệp hoặc điện thoại theo tiêu chuẩn sản xuất nội dung trên đa nền tảng.
– Hiểu biết về bố cục khung hình, ánh sáng, màu sắc, âm thanh trong sản xuất video.
– Biết sử dụng máy quay, đèn, thành thạo các kỹ thuật quay phim.
– Nhạy bén với xu hướng video hot, có khả năng sáng tạo nội dung video viral.
– Biết cách tạo dựng nội dung hấp dẫn, có khả năng biên tập, cắt dựng video logic và cuốn hút.
– Phối hợp tốt với các bộ phận khác (Marketing, Thiết kế, Content) để sản xuất video hiệu quả.
– Đảm bảo chất lượng video đầu ra đúng yêu cầu, không mắc lỗi kỹ thuật.
– Khả năng quản lý, xử lý khối lượng công việc đáp ứng deadline;
– Có kiến thức Nha khoa là một điểm cộng (sẽ được đào tạo thêm);
– Có định hướng nghiêm túc và chủ động trong công việc;
– Có kỹ năng định hướng và tổng hợp thông tin tốt;

Job Purpose- The job holder will gather customer insights, develop product requirements and manage the end toend delivery of tasks through agile project management.- The job holder is responsible for maximizing value produced by the team, ensuring collaboration withstakeholders and supporting the Business Tribe Lead to deliver the customer journey roadmap.A. Agile Product Development- Participate in product planning and iteration sessions with tribe members to draw up overallproduct specifications.- Gather and analyze customer insights to develop new product feature requirements andenhancement plans.- Facilitate daily stand ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews and drive sprints together with ScrumMaster.- Run daily scrums, manage product backlog, develop requirement documentation, manage supporttickets and unblock barriers to progress for 1-2 squads.- Lead team efforts in continuous improvement, define and implement improvement stories toincrease the velocity and quality of programs.- Coordinate and manage task execution, removing task impediments to allows squads to fullyfocus on product delivery.B. Product Marketing- Manage specific tasks related to product launches (roll out to user groups, locations, etc).- Identify high impact marketing interventions and lead their implementation.Key Relationships - Internal StakeholdersTeams within the Digital Office and relevant departments in the BankKey Relationships - External StakeholdersCustomers, partners providing professional services
