1.1.1 Vị trí cho Phòng Đối soát và Phát triển dịch vụ- Phân tích dữ liệu phục vụ kinh doanh hiệu quả các dịch vụ viễn thông quốc tế: Thu thập, phân tích và cung cấp các báo cáo định kỳ về dữ liệu kinh doanh, doanh số, hiệu suất bán hàng; áp dụng kỹ thuật phân tích, xây dựng các campaign thúc đẩy, tăng trưởng doanh thu/người dùng dịch vụ viễn thông quốc tế.- Tối ưu hóa, chuyển đổi số quy trình, nghiệp vụ: Đề xuất và thực hiện các giải pháp tối ưu, cải tiến và xây dựng giải pháp chuyển đổi số, tự động hóa việc thực hiện các quy trình nghiệp vụ.- Hỗ trợ giải quyết vấn đề kinh doanh: Đóng vai trò là cầu nối giữa các bộ phận kỹ thuật và kinh doanh, giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến hệ thống, quy trình hoặc các yêu cầu đặc biệt từ khách hàng.- Hỗ trợ vận hành hệ thống: Đảm bảo hoạt động liên tục và hiệu quả của các hệ thống backend hỗ trợ kinh doanh, xử lý các lỗi phát sinh và đề xuất giải pháp cải thiện quy trình vận hành.- Vận hành khai thác các hệ thống CNTT phục vụ nội bộ; thực hiện nghiệp vụ đảm bảo an toàn, an ninh mạng. 1.1.2 Vị trí cho Phòng Kỹ thuật – Khai thác- Quản lý khai thác các hệ thống, nghiệp vụ cung cấp dịch vụ: thoại/sms quốc tế, chuyển vùng quốc tế, IP, truyền dẫn quốc tế, MVNO … - Theo dõi đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ, hỗ trợ vận hành hệ thống, xử lý các lỗi hệ thống, phản ánh khách hàng phát sinh.- Phân tích và báo cáo số liệu: Thu thập, phân tích và cung cấp các báo cáo định kỳ về dữ liệu kinh doanh, doanh số, hiệu suất bán hàng, đồng thời hỗ trợ các báo cáo theo yêu cầu của quản lý cấp cao.- Xây dựng phương án kỹ thuật phục vụ quy hoạch, triển khai, tối ưu các dịch vụ viễn thông, chuyển vùng, data quốc tế, MVNO … - Phối hợp giữa các phòng ban: Phối hợp với các bộ phận kinh doanh, kỹ thuật, kế toán để triển khai các nghiệp vụ, báo cáo SXKD theo quy trình.Quyền lợi và yêu cầu đối với Ứng viênĐịa điểm làm việc: Trung tâm Viễn thông quốc tế MobiFone, Tòa nhà MobiFone, Số 5/82 Duy Tân, Dịch Vọng Hậu, Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội.Đơn vị làm việc:- Phòng Đối soát và Phát triển dịch vụ – Trung tâm Viễn thông quốc tế MobiFone.Quyền lợi: - Tổng thu nhập năm đầu tiên: lên đến 250 triệu/năm, bao gồm các khoản: Lương hàng tháng, các khoản lương khuyến khích, các khoản thưởng, tiền ăn trưa, nghỉ mát, du xuân,…- Xét tăng lương hàng năm.- Tham gia các chương trình bảo hiểm sức khoẻ tại các Công ty Bảo hiểm lớn, có uy tín (Bảo Minh, Bảo hiểm hàng không, PVI,…).
