MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
– Chào đón khách thân thiện, chuyên nghiệp; gọi tên khách khi có thể.
– Nhận và xác nhận đặt bàn, ghi chú đầy đủ thông tin và yêu cầu đặc biệt.
– Sắp xếp chỗ ngồi theo quy chuẩn, ưu tiên khách nữ.
– Nhận diện và chuẩn bị trước cho khách VIP, khách đặt trước, khách lưu trú dài ngày.
– Kiểm tra khu vực đón tiếp, đảm bảo vệ sinh, ánh sáng, nhiệt độ phù hợp.
– Giới thiệu thực đơn chính xác, hỗ trợ chuẩn bị thực đơn đặt trước.
– Hướng dẫn khách chờ bàn và theo dõi danh sách chờ khi hết chỗ.
– Đảm bảo quầy Host luôn đầy đủ dụng cụ và thông tin cần thiết.
– Ghé thăm các bàn ăn để lấy phản hồi từ khách.

YÊU CẦU:
– Nam/ Nữ, chiều cao từ 1m60 trở lên
– Có bằng cấp liên quan đến ngành khách sạn, du lịch,…và các ngành khác có liên quan
