JOB SUMMARY
Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system. Call guests to confirm scheduled services. Answer questions about available services. Update the reservations/cancellations list throughout the day, inform providers of last-minute changes, and resolve scheduling issues as needed by working with supervisor/manager. Check in guests for appointments, confirm first and last name, and provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival. Promote and sell spa/salon services. Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies, obtain change required for expected business level, and keep bank secure at all times. Process guest payments for spa/salon services and obtain payment authorization as needed. Accept and log cash tips for employees. Balance, scan, and drop receipts with Accounting. Notify Engineering of maintenance and repair needs. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in the locker room, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers. Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified. Audit cashier banks periodically according to SOPs. Maintain, distribute, and record petty cash, cashier banks, and contracts. Document, maintain, communicate, and act upon all Cash Variances according to SOPs. Act as liaison between property and armored car service or primary banking institution. Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audit processes and ensure compliance with SOPs.

- Tư vấn và giới thiệu sản phẩm đá (đá ốp lát) trực tiếp cho khách hàng tại kho xưởng hoặc các điểm bán hàng của công ty.
- Chủ động tìm kiếm và phát triển mối quan hệ với khách hàng tiềm năng.
- Đàm phán, chốt đơn hàng và theo dõi quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng.
- Chăm sóc khách hàng sau bán hàng, giải đáp thắc mắc và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.
- Đóng góp ý kiến để cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ và sản phẩm.
- Báo cáo doanh số và các hoạt động bán hàng định kỳ cho quản lý.
- Lập phiếu thu, phiếu chi. Thu chi quỹ tiền mặt.
- Hạch toán một số nghiệp vụ kế toán phát sinh liên quan.
- Đi giao dịch ngân hàng nộp tiền về VPT.
- Theo dõi và đôn đốc thu hồi công nợ phải thu. Xuất hóa đơn VAT.
- Gửi báo cáo tổng hợp hàng ngày. Đóng chứng từ liên quan và gửi về VPT.
- Nhận đơn đặt hàng từ khách hàng và liên hệ NVKD để lên đơn hàng.
- Xuất hàng bán & điều xe giao hàng cho khách.
- Theo dõi hàng tồn kho để đặt hàng từ nhà máy và điều tiết hàng hóa.
