The Maintenance & Facility Supervisor is responsible for supervising and managing maintenance and ensuring that all facilities are in good and safe condition. The role involves providing engineering support, designing solutions to challenging problems, managing contractors, being on call for emergencies, and handling multiple projects and daily activities. It directly impacts site productivity and operational success. Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Provide guidance and support to maintenance staff. Train team members on equipment usage, safety, and best practices.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or compliance issues. Document findings and take corrective actions.

• Lead a team of gaming technicians, ensuring adherence to operational and safety standards.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of slot gaming systems and equipment.

• Monitor compliance of gaming systems with regulatory standards.

- Thực hiện kê khai và nộp các loại thuế theo quy định ( GTGT,TNCN,TNDN,…) hàng tháng, quý và năm
- Lập báo cáo quyết toán thuế cuối năm và các báo cáo tài chính liên quan
- Cập nhật, áp dụng các chính sách thuế mới theo quy định của pháp luật
- Trực tiếp làm việc với cơ quan thuế khi có phát sinh thanh tra, kiểm tra
- Hạch toán các nghiệp vụ kế toán thuế vào phần mềm ( MISA, FAST,..)
- Tư vấn, đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu chi phí thuế cho doanh nghiệp một cách hợp pháp
- Lưu trữ hồ sơ, tài liệu liên quan đến thuế theo đúng quy định

- Thực hiện các bước trong quy trình bán hàng, thúc đẩy doanh số bán hàng tại cửa hàng phụ trách.
- Tạo lập mối quan hệ với khách hàng tiềm năng, tư vấn, giới thiệu sản phẩm kèm các chương trình khuyến mãi, thuyết phục khách hàng mua sản phẩm.
- Thường xuyên kiểm tra cửa hàng, chăm chút hàng hoá, giữ gìn vệ sinh sản phẩm, đảm bảo hàng hoá tại bộ phận được trưng bày đầy đủ, đúng quy cách theo chuẩn công ty.
- Tham gia và hỗ trợ các hoạt động được tổ chức tại cửa hàng.
- Thực hiện công tác thu ngân, kiểm tra và quản lý hàng tồn kho.
- Luôn duy trì và truyền tải hình ảnh đẹp của sản phẩm, của công ty tới khách hàng.

- Tiếp cận khách hàng tiềm năng thông qua các kênh online (Facebook, Zalo,...).
- Tư vấn chi tiết cho khách hàng về các sản phẩm và dịch vụ của Wegames (PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, game, phụ kiện, dịch vụ sửa chữa,...).
- Giải đáp mọi thắc mắc của khách hàng về sản phẩm.
- Chốt đơn hàng và thực hiện các thủ tục bán hàng.

- Nhận yêu cầu của khách hàng, đặt hành trình; tư vấn, báo giá, điều kiện vé, quy định của hãng hàng không cho khách.

- Đặt booking, theo dõi thời hạn xuất vé, xuất vé, theo dõi tình trạng chuyến bay của khách, chịu trách nhiệm về các booking, các vé do mình đặt và xuất.

- Tiếp nhận các cuộc gọi hoặc email của khách hàng để tư vấn, giải đáp các thắc mắc của khách hàng có nhu cầu về vé máy bay, visa nhập cảnh, các hồ sơ pháp lý lãnh sự.

- Hỗ trợ các công việc khác có liên quan và báo cáo việc thực hiện công việc theo yêu cầu của bộ phận sales.

- Tư vấn cho khách hàng về khu nghỉ dưỡng Naman Retreat của tập đoàn.
- Hướng dẫn cách sử dụng các gói sản phẩm dịch vụ với các đối tác quốc tế.
- Tìm hiểu các thói quen, nhu cầu du lịch của khách hàng để nâng cấp các dịch vụ của công ty, đáp ứng nhu cầu phù hợp cho khách hàng.
- Xây dựng mạng lưới các mối quan hệ, chăm sóc khách hàng thân thiết.

- Thực hiện pha chế các món nước theo định lượng, công thức riêng
- Chuẩn bị các nguyên vật liệu
- Kiểm tra và báo cáo nguyên vật liệu cuối ngày
- Thời gian làm việc : 5h00 - 15h00 (Thứ Hai đến Thứ Sáu)

- Kiểm tra chất lượng thành phẩm tại xưởng may.
- Phát hiện lỗi, đánh giá và báo cáo cho bộ phận liên quan.
- Đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt chuẩn GUMAC trước khi xuất xưởng.
- Các công việc khác theo sự phân công từ cấp trên.

- Sơ chế nguyên liệu: Rửa, cắt, thái, các loại thịt, hải sản, rau củ theo công thức và định lượng chuẩn bị cho các món Bếp Nóng (chiên, xào), món Hầm/Súp và món Quay/Nướng….
- Sắp xếp, chuẩn bị chén, đĩa và hỗ trợ trang trí món ăn trước khi phục vụ khách.
- Vệ sinh khu vực bếp: Giữ gìn vệ sinh khu vực làm việc, công cụ, dụng cụ và thiết bị bếp theo tiêu chuẩn VSATTP.
- Quản lý hàng hóa: Kiểm tra, sắp xếp và bảo quản nguyên vật liệu trong kho, tủ lạnh đúng quy trình - quy định.

• Sơ chế thực phẩm:
• Làm sạch, cắt gọt, phân loại nguyên liệu theo yêu cầu món ăn (rau, củ, thịt, cá…).
• Ướp thực phẩm theo hướng dẫn của bếp chính.
• Hỗ trợ chế biến món ăn:
• Hỗ trợ nấu, chiên, xào, hấp… theo sự phân công của bếp chính.
• Thực hiện các công đoạn đơn giản trong quá trình nấu nướng.
• Soạn suất và chia phần ăn:
• Soạn khẩu phần ăn theo định lượng quy định (chia cơm, canh, món mặn…).
• Kiểm tra đầy đủ món ăn trước khi xuất ra khu vực phục vụ.
• Vệ sinh khu vực làm việc:
• Rửa dụng cụ bếp, dọn dẹp sạch sẽ khu vực sơ chế, chế biến và chia suất.
• Thực hiện đúng quy định về vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm.
• Hỗ trợ các công việc khác:
• Giao nhận thực phẩm từ kho (nếu được phân công).
• Hỗ trợ vận chuyển, sắp xếp dụng cụ, vật tư trong bếp.
