- Be responsible to develop sales channels locally and to the market abroad.
- Display a commercial awareness of the market place which an individual works.
- Build, develop and maintain Sales & Marketing Manual in all hotel sales.
- Prepare annual Sales & Marketing plan.
- Conduct market research from competitive hotels and market trends.
- Develop rate structures and conditions applicable to various segments, based on market feedback and market conditions.
- Manage in the day to day running of Sales Dept. in target of hotel revenue, achieve set goals and financial targets.
- Provide direction and follow up on the activities of the team, monitor and improve sales account productivity.
- Attend travel trade shows and conduct sales trips to key markets.
- Prepare monthly report for Sales Department.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least Bachelor degree in Administration, Hotel Management.
- With 5-8 year experience in hotel Sales department at manager level.
- Hotel pre-opening experience is a plus.
- Strong in driving results, overall sales skills, effective telephone communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills, understand the achievement of team and individual goals..
- High sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Excellent oral and written English communication.
