- Operational Supervision:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments during the shift.
- Ensure all guest services are delivered in line with resort standards.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and service quality throughout the property.
- Guest Relations:
- Be the main contact for VIPs, long-stay guests, or guests with special requests.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a personalized and welcoming experience for all guests.
- Crisis & Emergency Handling:
- Act as the Manager on Duty in case of emergencies (medical, fire, power outage, etc.).
- Ensure all incidents are documented and reported to senior management.
- Team Coordination & Support:
- Assist and support front office, housekeeping, F&B, and security teams as needed.
- Ensure departments are adequately staffed and functioning efficiently.
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate important updates to teams.
- Administrative Duties:
- Prepare daily shift reports, including guest issues, VIP arrivals, incidents, etc.
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with reservations/reception for any overbooking or early departures.
- Ensure handover between shifts is clear and complete.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role in front office or guest services, preferably in a 4-5 star hotel/resort.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Flexible with working hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Calm and confident under pressure.
