- Set up Accounting team at the pre-opeing stage.
- Lead the operations of Finance & Accounting department such that accounting management, planning and reporting, interdepartmental and vendor relations are managed to optimize the company profitability as per Vietnamese laws and accounting standards, hotel policies.
- Lead the preparation of pre-opening buget, annual budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate with Human Resources team in building Accounting team.
- Develop and execute financial plans (both short term and long term) to ensure profitable growth of the hotel.
- Prepare capital reviews as required by General Manager.
- Develop and execute various system processes for internal control.
- Establish adequate controls for all revenues and expenses and protection of assets.
- Monitor all capital expenditures against budgets to ensure compliance with justification and approval.
- Maintain accurate and timely financial and operating information, provide analysis interpretations and projections.
- Provide safekeeping, including proper storage and access for all contracts, leases and other financial records.
- Ensure timely preparation and accurate reporting of financial matters/ results/ management reports and tax reporting
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 10 year experience in overall supervision of accounting functions.
- Have experience dealing with Vietnamese authorities, auditors and banks.
- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential.
- High sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Excellent oral and written English communication.Hình thức
