- Delivers the brand promise and provides exceptional Guest service at all times to internal Customers as appropriate.
- Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing a prompt follow-up.
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Ensures all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
- Works in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
- Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
- Checks and verifies room status report.
- Checks and replenishes Minibar
- Reports room defects.
- Reports lost and damaged items following policy and procedure
- Cleans and make-up guest rooms following cleaning policy and procedure
- Empties soiled linen from pantry to soiled linen room
- Cleans and tidies pantry and toilet
- Maintains the cleanliness of corridors and surrounding back areas.
- Cleans and setup the trolley before shift ending
- Checks and cleans operating equipment.
- Changes light bulbs in room (if could)
- Refreshes flowers set in guestroom
- Provides evening service
- Updates room status via telephone interface system.
- Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required.
- Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel team and Hyatt International.
- Reads the hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
- Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
- Responds to changes in the department functions as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotels/resorts is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and equipment.
- Familiarity with safe use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
