Mô Tả Công Việc
- Help create and update staff profiles with accurate employment documents.
- File and organize HR paperwork such as contracts, records, and personal files.
- Support the preparation of documents for onboarding and offboarding.
- Help prepare SI/HI/UI participation forms for new hires and terminations.
- Support staff with basic PIT paperwork under guidance from the C&B Officer/Executive.
- Help update daily time attendance and leave records.
- Assist with data entry for monthly payroll preparation.
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases accurately.
- Support daily HR operations, including preparing documents and reports as assigned.
- Respond to basic staff questions and escalate to the C&B team when needed.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- No prior experience required; a plus if you have a previous internship or relevant coursework.
- "Basic understanding of SI/HI/UI and PIT is a plus.
- Careful, organized, and comfortable with routine paperwork and data entry.
- Comfortable with MS Office, especially Excel."
- "Detail-oriented and reliable; keeps information confidential.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions carefully."
- Basic to good English for daily work communication.
- Willingness to learn HR/payroll systems.
