- Job Summary
Marketing Manager is the strategic architect of the hotel's brand narrative and revenue-driving campaigns. This role is responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that enhances brand positioning, drives direct bookings, and maximizes engagement across all owned, earned, and paid channels to achieve business objectives.
- Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop the annual marketing plan, budget, and calendar. Lead brand positioning and messaging. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Campaign & Channel Management: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, PR) to promote rooms, F&B, and events. Manage the hotel's website, SEO/SEM, and social media presence for optimal engagement and conversion.
Content & Creative Leadership: Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral (brochures, ads, videos, website content). Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Public Relations & Partnerships: Manage media relations, press releases, and influencer collaborations. Develop strategic partnerships to expand reach.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools. Report on ROI, website traffic, social engagement, and conversion metrics to stakeholders.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the hospitality or luxury lifestyle sector.
Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics).
Strong creative vision, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
