What’s the job?
Provide a co-ordination and administrative service for the Marketing team to assist with revenue generation of the hotel.
- Support colleagues to make sure they deliver with compliance and to the standards we expect.
- Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive - linking up departments to create sense of one team.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with Department Heads and other inter-departmental secretaries as appropriate.
- Prepare all administration documents required by the Hotel Marketing team.
- Develops the knowledge and skill capability on-property to create a winning competitive advantage to be in Marketing, PR & Communication.
- Continuously keeping up-to-date with technological development and improved ways of working and suggesting those to team members and managers.
- Liaise with Purchasing Department to brief suppliers for production when approval is obtained from all concerned parties for layout and copy.
- Stock control of collateral.
- Attend monthly S&M meetings.
- Attend to all S&M department mail and maintain a correspondence database.
- Update and improve website with content where appropriate.
- Support social media management and content creation.
- Co-ordinate generic IHG merchandise and hotel brand merchandise, including gift items.
- Deliver Crowne Plaza Brand Promise and Service Signatures to daily work.
- Actively ‘listens’ to guest sentiment on-line and ensure the resort responds accordingly.
- Responsible for the in-house point-of-sale materials and collateral such as brochures, presentations, monthly promotional posters, banners and leaflets, and ad-hoc announcement posters.
- Actively identify and engage influencers to share content about the property with their followers to drive awareness for the resort.
- Undertake additional duties as requested by the Director of Marketing & Communications.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments which may be assigned by management when we have to pull together to get a task done.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education / Giáo dục
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Bằng cấp hoặc bằng chứng chỉ nghề trong thiết kế, hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan được ưu tiên.
2. Service years in the field / Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành:
- 01 year of similar positions. or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- 1 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan trong vận hành hoặc sự kết hợp tương đương giữa trình độ học vấn và kinh nghiệm.
3. Knowledge and skills / Kiến thức và kỹ năng:
- Proven success in a similar role and environment.
- Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.
- Pride and attention to detail.
- Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.
4. Language / Ngoại ngữ:
- Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing).

Quyền Lợi
- 2 day - off per week/Hưởng 2 ngày nghỉ/tuần.
