- Responsible for the sales development of our F&B outlets including Banqueting, La Table du Chef Restaurant and La Plume Bar & Lounge.
- Target new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with VIP, key accounts and potential business partners to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing team promote product image and awareness.
- Develop and implement sales processes to ensure achievement of goals.
- Lead sales team to execute sales plan and establish an effective sales call to achieve revenue targets.
- Staff Management: Coaching/Training new staffs, maintaining company’s regulations/rules, managing staff performance in order to maximize their full potential.
- Work with management board to develop strategic sales plan, propose innovative ideas to increase business.
- Prepare and manage sales budget, forecasts and attainment of revenue objectives.
- Liaise with other department heads to ensure the smooth-running of business plan and actions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by BOD.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
+ A minimum of 3 years’ hotel/ restaurant sales experience and 2 years’ experience of leading a Sales team.
+ An excellent network of contacts is required to succeed in this position;
+ College/university graduated;
+ Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
+ Strong leadership skills;
+ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
+ Customer service mindset;
+ Self-driven, self-disciplined and goal-oriented.
