Các công việc thực hiện Công việc chuyên môn: Đầu mối chuyên môn trong các nghiệp vụ quản lý dự án Tham gia đề xuất dự án, cải tiến công nghệ và sản phẩm trong phạm vi Chuyển đổi số Lập kế hoạch khả thi trình ban lãnh đạo Tham gia thiết kế Thực hiện chế độ báo cáo định kỳ và theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý Các chức năng, nhiệm vụ khác được cấp có thẩm quyền phân công Phát triển con người: Đảm bảo dự phòng nguồn lực, định hướng phát triển bản thân và các nhân sự dự án quản lý. Đào tạo hướng dẫn thành viên trọng dự án về mô hình và phương thức hoạt động dư án theo mô hình Aglie Tổ chức khai thác, sử dụng hiệu quả, tối ưu các nguồn lực trong công tác vận hành và giám sát hệ thống. Xem xét và phê duyệt, đánh giá kết quả thực hiện công việc của các cán bộ, nhân viên, đề xuất các chế độ đối với cán bộ, nhân viên như tiền lương, tiền thưởng, khen thưởng, kỷ luật... Tuân thủ: Đảm bảo toàn bộ hoạt động của Phòng tuân thủ theo các quy trình, quy định, tiêu chuẩn của Ngân hàng và quy định pháp luật. Liên tục cải tiến quy trình hoạt động đảm bảo An toàn. Đào tạo, phổ biến, hướng dẫn, giám sát việc triển khai chính sách, quy định, quy chế, quy trình.

- Lên danh sách khách hàng có nhu cầu về vận chuyền hàng hóa - Nhận kế hoạch từ khách hàng và lên kế hoạch hàng hóa hàng ngày. - Làm hợp đồng kinh tế, bảng chào giá, bảng chiết tính vận chuyển hàng hóa - Chăm sóc khách hàng cũ, tìm kiếm khách hàng mới. - Các công việc khác liên quan theo phân công của Quản lý và Giám đốc công ty khi có yêu cầu. - Công việc cụ thể sẽ trao đổi trong buổi phỏng vấn

Từ doanh thu trung bình ~70 tỷ/ tháng năm 2019, đầu năm 2020 con số này đã tăng lên ~250 tỷ/ tháng và đang tiếp tục tăng, khẳng định vị thế của Viettel trong chuyển đổi tổ chức thành tổ chức hướng dữ liệu cũng như ứng dụng PTDL vào hoạt động sản xuất, kinh doanh.Trở thành thành viên trong Khối CNTT với vai trò Data Scientist, các bạn sẽ được tham gia các khóa đào tạo nội bộ và quốc tế về các bước để ứng dụng PTDL tạo ra doanh thu; được tham gia các dự án thực tế, được sử dụng các công cụ Data Visualization hàng đầu như Tableau, QLik, ... Được trải nghiệm tương tác với lượng dữ liệu khổng lồ (hàng trăm triệu khách hàng, hàng tỷ bản ghi dữ liệu, ....), được xây dựng các mô hình dữ liệu dựa trên các thuật toán học máy, học máy chuyên sâu, ...:  Xây dựng, đánh giá, fine tune các model ML, statistics để giải quyết use case của dự án theo yêu cầu và giải pháp đã có Xác định, thực thi các phương pháp chuẩn hoá, biến đổi, tổng hợp, trích chọn dữ liệu phù hợp để xây dựng feature cho các thuật toán ML Phối hợp với data analyst để thực hiện triển khai sample test / pilot dựa trên output của model Xây dựng các tài liệu theo quy trình, quy định và các tài liệu khác để trình bày giải pháp, phương pháp xây dựng và sử dụng kết quả của model.

Lập và tổ chức triển khai kế hoạch kinh doanhXây dựng chính sách bán hàng, chính sách cho đội ngũ kinh doanh;Quản lý, tạo động lực cho đội ngũ kinh doanh;Xây dựng dự báo doanh thu, kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh định kỳ hàng tuần, hàng tháng, hàng quý...Phối hợp với các bộ phận phòng ban khác để xây dựng các chương trình marketing, truyền thông, quảng cáo sản phẩm giúp công ty phát triển.

- Tìm kiếm, khai thác và thu thập nguồn khách hàng tiềm năng.

1. Cloud Cybersecurity risk and compliance framework and management: Accountable for development of the Cloud Security Design framework for new technology solutions. Responsible for embedding best practice security through evaluation of suppliers. Responsible for establishing security requirements needed to provide services securely. Ensure compliance to current standards ISO27001, 27017-27018, PCI-DSS. Defining requirements for risk and security and ensuring they are achieved. Drive cyber security strategy compliance. Align activities to current BAU audit activities from legacy business to ensure consistency in approach. Manage and liaise with regulators. Identify, highlight and remediate information security risk in the Bank 2. Policy, Standards and Processes: Planning, studying and then designing a resistant security architecture for various IT/IT Security projects (clould/onpremise). Test and evaluate new security solution/new security technology. Make sure that all workers follow the necessary corporate security policies and procedures that are defined, developed, implemented, and maintained for a seamless workflow. Buildup/develop security architect rule and apply to practice. Comply with the Bank’s Information Security Policy, Regulations, Standards, and Process. Provide feedback to enhance the current policies, regulations, standards and processes where necessary. Communicate and ensure all staff understands and comply with the Information Security Policy, Regulations, Standards and Processes 3. Operations, Reporting and Administration: Ensure that the Information Security Strategy and Plans are implemented as planned. Ensure that Information Security process are followed diligently. This may include Risks Management, Operating Security Services/Tools to support the Information Security Program of the Bank. Control approve the request/changes related to security, control activities of IT security: implementing, operating, vulnerabilities management. Contribute to the IT Security Dash Board for Management. Work with both internal/external audit during audit programs. Training IT security awareness.
