• Quản lý vertical dịch vụ tiện ích (điện, nước, viễn thông, truyền hình, vé xem phim, v.v.) trên super app• Đàm phán và hợp tác với nhà cung cấp dịch vụ để triển khai các chương trình khuyến mãi hoặc combo gói dịch vụ• Theo dõi KPI danh mục dịch vụ (số lượng giao dịch, GMV, tần suất sử dụng), báo cáo định kỳ cho Ban lãnh đạo• Quản lý nhóm chuyên viên dịch vụ, đảm bảo công việc hàng ngày được thực hiện đúng quy trình• Làm việc với Product để đề xuất cải tiến trải nghiệm người dùng và bổ sung dịch vụ mớiPosition Responsibilities(List of essential job functions/duties, responsibilities and expectations – use bullets and prioritize key responsibilities on top, limited to a maximum of 10 bullet points)• Manage the utilities vertical (electricity, water, telecom, TV, entertainment, etc.) on the super app• Negotiate and collaborate with service providers for promotions or bundled service packages• Track KPIs (transactions, GMV, usage frequency), report regularly to senior management• Manage a team of service specialists, ensure daily operations comply with processes• Work with Product to propose UX improvements and add new services
