Điều phối, nhận – gửi Pin tại kho; ghi nhận thông tin tồn kho Pin.
Giải đáp thắc mắc của khách hàng qua Zalo.
Gửi bổ sung báo giá cho các trường hợp sửa chữa trong và ngoài bảo hành.
Gửi báo cáo kỹ thuật cho XDV các trường hợp đặc biệt (test khí, insulation, Main Fuse, BDU,...).
Ghi nhận đơn bảo hành từ Zalo và email.
Xử lý các yêu cầu công việc từ phía Hà Nội.
Ghi nhận đơn hàng đã được khách hàng đồng ý và thông báo lên nhóm Zalo chung.
Lập biên bản nghiệm thu sửa chữa (BBNT) khi có thay đổi thông tin đại lý (địa chỉ, người đại diện,...).
Tạo và chỉnh sửa đơn AMS khi bị trả về.
Trả lời các câu hỏi liên quan đến giá phụ tùng, công sửa chữa cho kế toán.
Cập nhật doanh thu lên file Excel để kế toán tổng hợp báo cáo.

2. Công việc hàng tuần:
Gửi báo cáo tuần cho Phương Anh (thứ 5) và anh Khánh (thứ 6).
Gửi báo cáo đơn sửa chữa cho VF (2-3 lần/tuần, tùy yêu cầu).

3. Công việc hàng tháng:
Gửi báo cáo doanh thu trong bảo hành cho Phương Anh và kế toán vào ngày 1 hàng tháng.
Thống kê BBNT, lập danh sách và gửi bản cứng ra Hà Nội.
Tổng hợp và nén báo cáo sửa chữa hàng tháng gửi cho Phương Anh.
