1. Quản lý vận hành sân Golf

Tổ chức và giám sát hoạt động vận hành hàng ngày của sân golf (tee time, marshal, starter, caddie, buggy, driving range…).

Đảm bảo sân vận hành đúng quy trình, tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ và quy định của sân golf.

Phối hợp với bộ phận bảo dưỡng sân (Course Maintenance) để đảm bảo chất lượng mặt sân, an toàn thi đấu.

2. Quản lý nhân sự vận hành

Quản lý, phân công và điều phối nhân sự thuộc bộ phận golf operations (Starter, Marshal, Caddie, Buggy, Proshop…).

Xây dựng lịch làm việc, kiểm soát năng suất và chi phí nhân sự.

Đào tạo, huấn luyện kỹ năng nghiệp vụ, dịch vụ khách hàng và quy tắc ứng xử cho nhân viên.

Đánh giá hiệu quả công việc, đề xuất khen thưởng – kỷ luật theo quy định.

3. Quản lý chất lượng dịch vụ & trải nghiệm khách hàng

Đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ khách hàng cao cấp, xử lý khiếu nại và tình huống phát sinh của golfer.

Chủ động cải tiến quy trình vận hành nhằm nâng cao trải nghiệm người chơi.

Duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với hội viên, khách VIP và đối tác.

4. Quản lý doanh thu & chi phí

Phối hợp với bộ phận Kinh doanh – Marketing trong việc tối ưu tee time, doanh thu sân golf.

Kiểm soát chi phí vận hành, đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu chi phí – nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động.

Theo dõi, phân tích các chỉ số vận hành và báo cáo định kỳ.

5. Tuân thủ an toàn & quy định

Đảm bảo an toàn lao động, an toàn cho golfer và nhân viên trong quá trình vận hành.

Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định nội bộ, tiêu chuẩn sân golf và quy định pháp luật liên quan.

Quản lý tài sản, trang thiết bị vận hành sân golf.
