• The Bar Captain is responsible for leading the daily operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in line with 5-star hotel standards. This role supports the Bar Manager in managing staff performance, maintaining service quality, overseeing beverage preparation, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. The Bar Captain acts as the first point of contact for guest concerns at the bar and provides professional, efficient, and personalized service to all guests.
