20. Tiến hành một cuộc họp nhân viên hàng tháng hiệu quả với biên bản và gửi cho Thư ký tổng để chuyển đến Tổng quản lý, Trưởng bộ phận Ẩm thực & Hành chính – Nhân sự.

21. Thực hiện chính sách “mở cửa” đối với tất cả nhân viên.
