Job PurposeThe job holder is responsible for building, managing, participating in the development of one of the following areas:a. IS Practice: Evaluate deployment, develop security solutions/Design, test information security/Ensure compliance with security standards (of Vietnam and International)b. IS Monitoring: Monitor detecting all attack events/incidents as quickly as possible (realtime) based on events aggregated from security systems as well as other technology components.Then alert relevant departments to investigate and react to that event/incident.Key Accountabilities (1)1. Information Security Assurance- Participate in projects, developing and deploying technology to ensure Information Security for systems to be built, including stages: analysis, building requirements Information security, design Information security, threat modeling, source code review, testing and building controls to ensure Information Security.- Research and develop necessary information security solutions to prevent attacks and incidents Information security, ensure security and safety for the entire information system of the Business.- Coordinate with the Information Security supervisory department in handling information security incidents.- Set up and monitor the implementation of TCB's information security process, regulations, standards, guidelines and policies in accordance with the regulations of the government and international organizations- Implement and maintain compliance with international standards PCI-DSS, ISO, SWIFT CSP.- Implement and maintain compliance with TCB's policies, circulars and regulations of the State Bank.- Regularly perform compliance and integrity checksof the security policy configuration in the internal system TCB detects violations or insider attacks.- Coordinate with Compliance Assessment and Risk Management units to assess the compliance of technology systems according to policies, regulations, standards, processes, checklists.Key Accountabilities (2)2. Information Security Red team:- Implement the strategy to ensure information security:+ Participate in the implementation of the Information Security strategy by providing input data on attack trends, forms of exploitation and risks arising in each period.+ Participate in the implementation of the annual information security implementation plan, meet the business and operational needs of the bank through the implementation of information security testing programs for the technology activities of the Business.+ Develop penetration testing methods, information security scanning scripts and security checks according to international standards such as OSSTMM, Sans and OWASP.+ Develop new techniques, exploit scripts and programs for automated penetration testing- Perform test attack activities:+ Directly perform vulnerability detection review, vulnerability assessment, and conduct penetration/exploit testing periodically or at the request of the Block leader for all systems/applications ; Penetration testing for system/application after live detection or whenever undergoing a major change. Testing methods must ensure practicality including both technical (technology) and non-technical (people, processes, physical assets). From there, provide CISO as well as other Information Security departments to have programs to deal with the problems of system weaknesses that can be exploited.+ Perform regular vulnerability scans, information security checks to find vulnerabilities in the system and provide remedial / remedial solutions; supports maintaining compliance with world security standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO27001, SCP (swift).+ Develop and manage vulnerability management program, threat intelligence database. Collect, track metrics, and analyze trends on cyber defenses, threats, detected attacks, vulnerabilities, and countermeasures/preventions.+ Actively research / find new vulnerabilities, exploitation techniques and cyber threats; Identify trends in cybersecurity involving tactics, techniques, and processes, targeting for malware development and deployment.+ Directly participate in the experimental plan of responding to an Information Security incident as an attack unit and in the case of an actual Information Security incident as the response team. Coordinate and provide expert cyber defense engineering skills to resolve cyber attack incidentsKey Accountabilities (3)3. Information Security Administration- Building/adjusting and implementing MTPQ of systems.- Develop requirements and measures to control access and protect the Business's data.- Develop, maintain and optimize information security policy/rule/configuration for solutions to ensure information security such as: Information security solutions on access identity management (PAM, IAM…); Network information security solutions (Firewall, NAC, APT, NetIPS, DDOS...); Information Security solutions on endpoints (AD GPO, HIPS/HFW, Appcontrol, Web/mail filtering, DB security…); Information security solutions on data (DLP, FAM...).- Assess, evaluate, review:+ Decentralization enforcement ensures compliance with the decentralized matrix.+ The issue and withdrawal of privileged accounts and digital certificates on technology systems.+ Exception requirements related to identity, access rights on technology systems+ Change requirements on information security assurance solutions.- Risk management and compliance+ Identify risks of the department in the process of operation, ensuring compliance with the processes and regulations of the Business. PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:Spartronics Viet Nam is seeking a highly skilled Test Leader to join our team in the production of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) and Box-build for electronic products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the test of our PCBA/ Box-build products meets or exceeds customer requirements and all standards related to testing.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Define test strategy: Decide which tests to run (ICT, FCT, boundary scan, burn-in, etc.) based on product requirements and standards (e.g., IPC, customer specs). - Develop test plans & schedules: Ensure test activities align with production timelines. - Coordinate with related teams: Work closely with manufacturing, process engineering, and design teams to ensure test coverage and troubleshoot issues. - Select and maintain test equipment: Ensure fixtures, test stations, and instruments are calibrated and functioning correctly. - Create & validate test programs: Develop or oversee development of automated test programs and ensure they correctly detect failures. - Optimize test processes: Reduce cycle time, improve fault coverage, and eliminate false failures. - Document test results: Keep accurate and traceable records for audits or customer requirements. - Failure analysis: Lead investigations when boards fail test, working with FA (Failure Analysis) and engineering teams. - Implement corrective actions: Ensure problems are resolved and preventive measures are put in place. - Yield improvement initiatives: Analyze trends in defects to improve process capability. - Cost reduction: Propose test process improvements that save cost without compromising quality. - Technology adoption: Stay informed about new PCBA test methods and integrate where applicable.

Major worksHandle the interaction logic between Google Maps and the Projection map. Ensure that navigation-related information, including speed limits and route guidance, is correctly displayed on the cluster. Address issues related to GPS signal loss or inaccurate vehicle positioning. Manage the interaction logic between the Cluster and HUD pages (e.g., valet mode, navigation page, media/audio page). Handle interaction logic related to Super Cruise. Resolve issues related to xTS, with a focus on frequent modifications needed for the location component.Responsibilities1. Trách nhiệm công việc1. Nhiệm vụ trọng tâm chung: Quản trị, vận hành, xử lý sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống an ninh bảo mật Vận hành các hệ thống an ninh bảo mật Quản trị các hệ thống an ninh bảo mật. Tham gia đánh giá an toàn bảo mật cho các hệ thống CNTT tại chi nhánh. Phân tích, điều tra, xử lý các sự kiện bảo mật ở mức trung bình, thấp được phát hiện từ các hệ thống giám sát, cảnh báo và từ các đơn vị liên quan. Chủ động rà soát, săn tìm các lỗ hổng bảo mật, các điểm yếu trên các hệ thống, ứng dụng CNTT của BIDV Xây dựng và thực hiện các kịch bản tấn công thử nghiệm và đề xuất các biện pháp kiện toàn hệ thống. 2. Nhiệm vụ trọng tâm cụ thể: Tiếp nhận và xử lý các sự cố an ninh mạng  Phân tích, đánh giá ảnh hưởng, mức độ nghiêm trọng của các sự cố an ninh mạng và đưa ra biện pháp xử lý, phản ứng với các sự cố an ninh mạng  Triển khai các công cụ, giải pháp giám sát an ninh mạng  Quản trị, vận hành các hệ thống giám sát an ninh mạng như SIEM, SOAR, EDR… Hoàn thiện các quy trình vận hành, giám sát, xử lý sự cố an ninh mạng Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn1. Yêu cầu độ tuổi: ≤ 35 tuổi tại thời điểm dự tuyển  2. Trình độ chuyên môn:  Tốt nghiệp Đại học (chính quy, công lập trong nước hoặc Đại học tại nước ngoài) trở lên thuộc các chuyên ngành: An toàn thông tin, Công nghệ thông tin, Điện tử viễn thông, Toán tin hoặc các chuyên ngành phù hợp có liên quan khác. Các trường hợp đặc biệt không đáp ứng các yêu cầu nêu trên nhưng vẫn xem xét tuyển dụng nếu đáp ứng được yêu cầu công việc: Có các chứng chỉ quốc tế về an toàn thông tin được cấp bởi các đơn vị uy tín như SANS/GIAC, Offensive Security/OffSec, ISC2, EC-COUNCIL, ISACA. Tham gia, đạt giải cao (top 3) trong các cuộc thi về an toàn thông tin, CTF được tổ chức bởi các đơn vị uy tín trong nước và quốc tế. Tham gia, đạt thứ hạng cao các chương trình Bug Bounty được tổ chức bởi đơn vị uy tín trong nước và quốc tế. Phát hiện các lỗ hổng bảo mật và được ghi nhận thông qua hình thức CVE, Hall of Fame của các đơn vị uy tín trong nước và quốc tế. 5. Trình độ ngoại ngữ, tin học: Ngoại ngữ: Tối thiểu đạt một trong các chứng chỉ TOEIC đạt 600/990, Toefl PBT/IPT đạt 500/677, Toefl CBT đạt 173/300, Toefl iBT đạt 61/120, Ielts đạt 5.5/9.0, Cambridge Exam đạt First (FCE), B2 Khung Châu Âu, 4/6 Khung năng lực ngoại ngữ 6 bậc. Chấp nhận ứng viên bổ sung chứng chỉ tiếng Anh trong thời gian 24 tháng kể từ ngày được tuyển dụng. 4. Kinh nghiệm công tác Tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm trong công tác quản trị, vận hành các hệ thống giám sát an ninh mạng (SIEM, SOAR, EDR...); Theo dõi, phân tích và xử lý sự cố bảo mật từ hệ thống cảnh báo (alert-based detection); Đánh giá lỗ hổng, rà soát điểm yếu trong hệ thống CNTT và đề xuất biện pháp tăng cường phòng thủ. Ưu tiên ứng viên: Có các chứng chỉ bảo mật như CEH/CHFI/SECURITY+/GCIH/GMON. Từng tham gia, đạt giải các cuộc thi về ATTT, CTF  Có hiểu biết về các cơ chế tấn công mạng nhằm tìm cách phòng thủ trước các cơ chế này Phúc lợi dành cho bạnVề lương và thu nhập: Mức lương hấp dẫn, cạnh tranh, thỏa thuận tùy theo năng lực và kinh nghiệm ứng viên. CBNV được hưởng lương theo vị trí chức danh, lương năng suất, thưởng doanh số, thưởng KPI, thưởng hoàn thành chỉ tiêu, bổ sung quỹ thu nhập kỳ 06 tháng/1 năm, khen thưởng hàng năm theo quy định của BIDV. Về phúc lợi:  Được chi phúc lợi các ngày lễ tết, nghỉ mát, du xuân, sinh nhật, đám hỷ, đám hiếu, chi khen thưởng cho con có thành tích tốt trong học tập, chi thăm hỏi tứ thân phụ mẫu/vợ chồng/con khi ốm đau. CBNV được hưởng các chế độ BHXH, BHYT, BHSK theo quy định của pháp luật và luật Lao Động. CBNV được hưởng các quyền lợi như: Chương trình vay với lãi suất ưu đãi, bảo hiểm BIC Care, bảo hiểm nhân thọ Metlife, tham gia bảo hiểm hưu trí tự nguyện theo quy định của BIDV. Được thăm khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm tại các cơ sở khám chữa bệnh hiện đại. About the Role:Evaluate and assess factories to ensure compliance with Gap Inc.'s Code of Vendor Conduct (COVC) and relevant labor, environmental, and safety laws. Responsibilities include reviewing BW and SLCP reports, making informed judgments, and transferring data to the Global Sustainability System (GSS). Support factories in identifying improvement areas, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable remediation. Facilitate training and monitor progress to ensure a comprehensive understanding of Gap Inc.'s sustainability requirements. Investigate high-risk issues and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure compliance, while also engaging with stakeholders for joint assessments and supporting other sustainability initiatives as required.1. Evaluation and assessment criteria for monitored vendor and factories. (30%-40%)• Ensure vendors and factories understand and comply with Gap Inc.'s Code of Vendor Conduct (COVC) and local laws.• Evaluate factories' compliance with COVC, legal, sustainability, and safety requirements.• Identify, document, and address non-conformances in the Global Sustainability System (GSS).• Support factories in executing Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and follow up on remediation efforts.• Maintain and update a master list of active factories, ensuring timely follow-up on issues.• Analyze non-conformance trends, assist in root cause analysis, and recommend remediation.• Escalate serious non-conformances and facilitate required remediation with management.• Investigate and resolve key concerns or high-risk cases, documenting actions in the GSS.2. Manage & Support Joint Assessments with designated internal and external partner. (5%-10%)• Identify and make recommendations for facilities to participate in BW and SLCP according to the established selection criteria.• Coordinate and manage communication and planning.• Enter assessment data into the GSS database as required.• Transfer BW reports and SLCP verification reports data into GSS database as per the established protocols.• Review and assess relationships with external partners, reporting to the manager regularly.• Attend and respond to issues / concerns / complaints raised by the internal and external partner prior to, during or after joint assessments.• Annually review and analyze joint assessments with partners and recommend improvements.3. Deliver capability building training programs to factories. (30%-40%)• Coordinate and implement training programs focused on enhancing factory capabilities and driving improvements, as directed.• Track progress and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the training initiatives.4. Partner with designated internal and external Business Partners. (5%-10%)• Investigate high-risk cases or concerns and provide findings and recommendations to relevant parties, documenting them in the GSS database.• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure goods are manufactured in compliant conditions.• Help deepen integration with GIS on an as-needed basis, under the guidance of in country Supplier Sustainability manager.• Partner with Supplier Sustainability Operations / License team for timely evaluations and results communication.• Coordinate oversight of Gap Inc.’s Global Sustainability and / or industry initiatives as directed, e.g., ILO Better Work program, Women & Water, etc.• Share, cross-check and verify production related data with PQA and Sourcing, especially when investigating unauthorized subcontracting cases.• Provide vendors, factories, and other business partners with training / overview on Gap Inc.’s COVC, assessment and remediation, environmental, fire and building safety requirements, and capability building program.• Ensure consistent issue compliance by regularly communicating with other specialists and managers.5. Comprehend and maintain Global Sustainability and Company policies & procedures. (5%- 10%)• Keep informed of and track changes in national, federal, state, and provincial labor and environmental laws.• Review and comprehend Assessment Manual, Global Sustainability Policies and SOP’s, GSS Database procedural manuals and other relevant departmental guidelines.• Comply with Gap Inc. and Global Sustainability policies, including Code of Business Conduct, expense submission, confidentiality, department travel policy, employee discount policy, etc.6. Drive company, department, and industry improvements. (5% - 10%)• Build and maintain relationships with local leaders, government, environmental groups, and workers.• Keep abreast of in country political, economic, sustainability, and industry trends that affect Gap Inc.• Provide routine and ad-hoc analysis and forecasts of local, political, cultural, and economic conditions and provide recommendations.• Provide ongoing operational and project management support on an ad hoc basis as the Supplier Sustainability program continues to evolve.• Actively participate in project teams to contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies and initiatives.• Understand and pro-actively address issues that impact Gap Inc.’s sourcing and sustainability activities.
