Thực hiện tìm hiểu, nghiên cứu xây dựng tiêu chuẩn mua hàng về nguyên liệu, phụ kiện đầu vào của sản phẩm.
Thực hiện kiểm tra, phân tích sản phẩm mẫu của đối thủ cạnh tranh để đánh giá, đề xuất cải tiến chất lượng sản phẩm nhà máy.
Tiến hành kiểm tra thông tin, hồ sơ về sản phẩm, đánh giá chu kỳ sản xuất, ký xác nhận các biên bản thí nghiệm xuất xưởng cho toàn bộ sản phẩm nhà máy.
