Trách nhiệm công việc Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu nhôm (dạng thanh) để đưa vào lò nung. Vận hành lò nung và lò bảo ôn, đảm bảo nhiệt độ đạt yêu cầu (khoảng 700°C) để nhôm chảy hoàn toàn. Thực hiện thao tác múc nhôm lỏng từ lò nung sang lò bảo ôn theo đúng quy trình an toàn. Giám sát robot thực hiện việc đổ nhôm lỏng vào khuôn, theo dõi quá trình ép khuôn tạo hình sản phẩm. Vệ sinh khuôn, thay khuôn, kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm đúc ban đầu. Thực hiện các công đoạn sau đúc như làm nguội, tách sản phẩm, loại bỏ ba via... Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt quy trình an toàn lao động, đặc biệt tại khu vực lò nung. Ghi chép sản lượng, báo cáo sự cố máy móc, thiết bị khi có bất thường.
