Lập kế hoạch và triển khai chiến dịch Digital Marketing:• Tham gia xây dựng chiến lược Digital Marketing tổng thể theo kế hoạch của phòng ban và Khối Marketing.• Lập kế hoạch chi tiết và triển khai các chiến dịch quảng cáo trực tuyến trên các nền tảng như Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Zalo Ads, v.v.• Quản lý ngân sách quảng cáo và phân bổ hiệu quả để đạt được mục tiêu KPI đề ra.2. Quản lý các kênh truyền thông số:• Quản lý và phát triển các kênh truyền thông số của công ty bao gồm website, landing page, blog, các trang mạng xã hội (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, v.v.).• Xây dựng và quản lý nội dung số (content) hấp dẫn, phù hợp với từng kênh và đối tượng khách hàng mục tiêu.3. Tối ưu hóa SEO/SEM và phân tích dữ liệu:• Thực hiện các hoạt động tối ưu hóa công cụ tìm kiếm (SEO) và quảng cáo trả phí (SEM) để cải thiện thứ hạng và lưu lượng truy cập của website.• Sử dụng các công cụ phân tích (ví dụ: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) để theo dõi hiệu quả chiến dịch, đo lường KPI và đưa ra các đề xuất cải thiện.• Lập báo cáo định kỳ về hiệu quả các chiến dịch Digital Marketing, phân tích insights khách hàng và xu hướng thị trường.4. Hợp tác và phối hợp:• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận nội bộ như Kinh doanh, Sản phẩm và các phòng ban khác trong Khối Marketing để đảm bảo các chiến dịch được triển khai đồng bộ.• Cùng làm việc với đối tác truyền thông bên ngoài (ODE Group) khi cần thiết để thực hiện các chiến dịch truyền thông lớn.

1. Audit and assurance (70%) • Develop the Risk-based Audit Approach Plan and prepare the audit program; • Conduct and control audit engagement from planning through to completion; • Understand and explain to staff the objectives of an audit, planned other services, and the staff's role in the audit process; • Apply the understanding of the client's business and industry to identify areas of audit significance, assesses risks and the nature of the errors; • Identify unusual/unexpected transactions, and explain important matters to staff; • Supervise, motivate and develop the team of junior audit staff; • Liaise with FDI clients or participate in Meetings with engagement team and client; • Proactively assist Manager/ Senior Manager/ Director in searching and advising issues relating to professional and accounting/auditing technical knowledge; • Manage timelines, resources and quality of audit engagement; • Be responsible for training, managing and reviewing the works of junior personnel.2. Non-audit (30%) Provide all of the following services to our FDI clients as senior staff • Review of monthly/Quarterly Financial Statements; • Review of tax returns (e.g., VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT); • Manage client relationships, identify risk and provide client with advice relating to accounting and taxation matter.

POSITION SUMMARY• To perform an intermediate level of duties, under minimal supervision, in applying the principles of Accounting and Finance in the installation and maintenance of accounting systems and records for the Vietnam office with the objective to enhance service level, quality, productivity, accuracy and timeliness of financial control services.PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Manages assigned accounts including validation and payment of FXL liabilities for centralized or managed accounts (primarily vendors) using advanced excel and other skills as needed to automate processing of large volumes of transactions.• Billing invoice both station HCM and HAN from Cargowise (CW) and FPT• Reconcile bank book daily, weekly, monthly• Reconcile Invoice and credit between system CW and FPT• Reconcile VAT output local customer, Interco transaction, related party• Declaration VAT monthly, FCT monthly, PIT monthly• Works closely with operations and client billing resolution coordinators to reconcile billing/payment variances in accounts payable items using related internal report.• Daily update collection and sent aging report weekly, daily• Identifies and processes adjustments to liabilities/disbursements for proper recording in the accounting system, ensuring propriety and authorization of all adjustments.• Reviews and validates supporting document of payment order in accordance to both local tax requirement and company policy before presented to the banks for propriety, including paid without issued.• Reconciles general ledger and other assigned accounts.• Using advanced software applications, such as excel spreadsheets, creates, manipulates and formats high volumes of data into usable reports and analyzes such reports to ensure accounting transactions are properly recorded. Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team. This role plays an important part in managing the company’s financial operations, including cash management, receivables, loans, capital, reporting, and compliance.
