The role acts as a central point of communication and organization across teams and stakeholders, contributing to efficient internal operations and external representation.1. Meeting & Action Coordination• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.• Ensure timely coordination of tasks and information flow across departments.• Support planning and logistics for visits, workshops, and other collaborative sessions.• Facilitate communication and alignment across departments.2. Stakeholder & Administrative Coordination• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support communication and task execution.• Assist with documentation and processes related to legal, compliance, and governance matters• Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and progress on key initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups3. General Administrative Tasks• Book hotels, flights, and other travel-related arrangements as required.• Assist with internal events and hosting of company guests when needed.• Manage & implement the company’s stamps4.
