Thu thập và làm rõ yêu cầu từ các bộ phận nghiệp vụ (CRM, ERP, POS, e-commerce, v.v.), khảo sát quy trình vận hành để đề xuất kiến trúc và giải pháp kỹ thuật phù hợp, ưu tiên hiệu năng, bảo mật và khả năng mở rộng. Tham gia thiết kế kiến trúc tổng thể và chi tiết (microservices, APIs, database schema), lựa chọn stack phù hợp (JS, Python, Go, PHP, v.v.). Phát triển cả Front-End và Back-End, xây dựng hệ thống hiệu suất cao, bảo mật và dễ mở rộng. Xây dựng pipelines (CI/CD), triển khai trên nền tảng Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure/..) hoặc container (Docker/Kubernetes). Giám sát hệ thống, xử lý sự cố production, tối ưu hiệu năng, bảo mật và uptime. Review và cải thiện code của team, mentoring cho Dev Junior, đảm bảo độ ổn định và chất lượng codebase, tham gia vào các quyết định về công nghệ và quy trình phát triển.
