We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) to act as the quality interface between customers in Vietnam and their contract manufacturer (CM) sites. This role requires strong problem-solving, customer communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities- Serve as the quality window toward Vietnam customers and their CM sites.- Collect failed parts, summarize failure information, and manage FAR (Failure Analysis Report) data.- Monitor and report quality performance metrics (e.g., PPM), identify trends and drive improvement actions.- Coordinate Failure Analysis (FA) with internal teams/labs and ensure timely closure.- Lead/drive 8D problem-solving process and prepare 8D reports for customers/CMs.- Communicate FA results clearly, explain root cause and corrective/preventive actions to customers.- Provide on-site support at customer/CM locations when needed.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, CMs, and internal stakeholders.

• Tham gia thiết kế các giai đoạn của dự án, từ thiết kế ý tưởng đến thiết kế cơ sở, thiết kế kỹ thuật, kỹ thuật thi công, giám sát tác giả • Triển khai và hoàn thiện hồ sơ thiết kế từng giai đoạn theo quy định gồm: bảng tính, thuyết minh, bản vẽ, thống kê vật tư, thiết bị chính, chỉ dẫn kỹ thuật, quy trình bảo trì. • Phối hợp với các bộ môn khác (kiến trúc, kết cấu, MEP có liên quan, PCCC,...) để tối ưu hóa phương án thiết kế • Phối hợp với khách hàng và các đơn vị thiết kế khác hoặc thầu phụ để cập nhật, sữa chữa hồ sơ thiết kế theo ý kiến của chủ đầu tư, đơn vị vận hành và các cơ quan chức năng. • Phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật vướng mắc trong quá trình giám sát tác giả • Thường xuyên cập nhật các quy chuẩn VN, tiêu chuẩn VN, tiêu chuẩn nước ngoài (nếu có) về hệ thống. • Phối hợp với các hãng cung cấp thiết bị, giải pháp để cập nhật công nghệ, cập nhật thiết kế. • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Công ty/ Trưởng bộ phận

Position Overview:The Wash Technical Manager is responsible for leading a group of Laundry Technical team regarding all technical aspects of the denim laundry operations to deliver consistent, high-quality wash effects while maintaining operational efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance. This role will lead and coordinate with teams for wash recipe development, quality control, chemical management, equipment optimization, and continuous innovation to meet customer specifications and sustainability standards. The position requires deep expertise in garment washing technologies, chemical processes, quality systems, and team leadership in a high-volume production environment.Key Responsibilities:**Wash Process Control & Quality Management• Develop, test, and optimize denim wash recipes (stone, enzyme, bleach, tint, laser, ozone).• Translate customer requirements into production-ready wash processes.• Standardize, document, and continuously improve wash recipes with focus on efficiency and sustainability.• Establish and control wash quality standards for shade, consistency, hand feel, and appearance.• Analyse wash defects, implement CAPA, and monitor quality KPIs.• Manage lab testing, reference samples, and final inspection standards.**Chemical & Environmental Compliance• Manage wash chemicals in compliance with ZDHC, MRSL, RSL, and customer requirements.• Optimize chemical usage, cost, and support sustainable washing programs.• Coordinate with chemical suppliers and manage compliance documentation.**Equipment, Technology and Innovation• Oversee technical performance of laundry equipment, optimize machine parameters, reduce downtime, and support equipment upgrades.• Coordinate maintenance, TPM activities, and equipment safety.• Drive adoption of new wash technologies and sustainable processes.• Lead improvement projects for cost, cycle time, quality, and resource reduction.• Support new product development and wash feasibility.**Team Leadership and Cross-functional Support• Provide technical support to production and sampling teams.• Coordinate with Planning, Merchandising, QC, and Engineering to ensure smooth execution.• Train operators and technical staff on wash processes and standards.• Lead, train, and develop wash technical and lab teams.• Set KPIs, manage performance, and build a culture of quality and innovation.
