Our current goal is to develop direct-to-consumer brands and boost customer lifetime value.As our UA Marketing Specialist, you will take full ownership of user acquisition campaigns - from strategy to execution - with strong support from our in-house creative, analytics, and product teams. We are looking for someone with proven experience in driving UA for mobile apps, games, or e-commerce, who is eager to apply their skills to scale performance. You’ll leverage major ad platforms such as Applovin, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Mintegral, and more to deliver growth at scale.To recognize talent, a Sign-On Bonus of up to 3 months is offered for those joining before November 30th, ensuring you feel valued from your very first day with us.WHAT YOU WILL DO• Plan, execute, and scale data-driven User Acquisition campaigns across major ad platforms (Applovin, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Mintegral, Affiliate, etc.)• Monitor and optimize UA campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.• Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align messaging and ensure high-impact executions.• Stay updated on trends in mobile UA ad tech, adapting quickly to new platform features, algorithms, and bidding models.• Test and iterate ad creatives, signal segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment.
