This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest in product development and technology who wants to grow in a strategic, cross-functional environment—without the client-facing pressure.RESPONSIBILITIES3rd Party Product Discovery & Evaluation- Research and identify innovative tools, platforms, and service providers that align with our product and business goals.- Coordinate Discussions internally and with 3rd parties to align on potential for Product Development- Perform feasibility assessments and lead the preparation of business cases for proposed integrations.- Manage all proposals for 3rd Party Product development, including Go-to-Market and launch activity.- Help drive the development of new client facing products according to the product innovation pipeline and annual sales cycle.- Support underlying strategic transformation from ‘human supported by tech’ to ‘tech supported by human’ and other company strategies.Integration & GTM (Go-to-market) Readiness- Act as the internal project lead for onboarding and launching new 3rd party products and services.- Coordinate across departments (Product, Tech, Ops, Marketing) to ensure readiness for launch, including documentation, support materials, and internal communications.- Track and follow through on dependencies and timelines to ensure smooth execution.Operational Vendor Management- Maintain day-to-day coordination with existing 3rd party vendors.- Monitor vendor performance and SLAs, identify issues early, and coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders.- Help manage contract renewals, pricing reviews, and change management processes.Documentation & Enablement- Document workflows, integration touchpoints, and key operational considerations for each partner.- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training materials to ensure teams understand how each partner service fits into the wider ecosystem.
