Thẩm định giá cá tài sản bảo đảm (chức năng QLN); Tác nghiệp liên quan đến quản lý tài khoản vay và giải ngân, theo dõi các khoản vay, tình hình thực hiện các điều kiện phê duyệt tín dụng, hợp đồng tín dụng,… (chức năng QLN); Soạn thảo, hoàn thiện hồ sơ tín dụng (chức năng QLN).

Thực hiện công tác phát triển kinh doanh tại sàn giao dịch và quầy khách hàng của Chi nhánh: Tư vấn và kinh doanh các sản phẩm dịch vụ tới khách hàng cá nhân, bao gồm: Huy động vốn, đầu tư trái phiếu, chứng chỉ quỹ, tài khoản thanh toán, thẻ, ngân hàng điện tử. Thực hiện cung cấp dịch vụ tới khách hàng cá nhân tại Chi nhánh. Tiếp nhận và giải quyết khiếu nại, thắc mắc của khách hàng, hỗ trợ khách hàng; chào đón, phân luồng và tư vấn khách hàng tới giao dịch.

Thấm định tài sản đảm bảo Thẩm định thực tế tại nơi tài sản tọa lạc. Kiểm tra tính hợp pháp và hợp lệ bộ chứng từ tài sản đảm bảo. Xác định tính xác thực của các thông tin về tài sản bảo đảm theo chứng từ sở hữu. Xác định các vấn đề có liên quan đến nội dung thẩm định tài sản (như quy hoạch, khả năng chuyển nhượng, tính pháp lý...) Tính toán giá trị của tài sản đảm bảo. Kiến nghị các vấn đề có liên quan đến tài sản đảm bảo. Lập tờ trình thẩm định tài sản. Thực hiện đúng các quy định của pháp luật, của ACB về thẩm định tài sản bảo đảm. Điều tra, thu thập thông tin về quy hoạch của tài sản thẩm định Đào tạo nhân viên thẩm định tài sản: Đào tạo tại chỗ cho nhân viên thẩm định tài sản do mình quản lý về nghiệp vụ. Hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ về mặt nghiệp vụ cho các nhân viên thẩm định.

Thực hiện việc đưa đón BGĐ, cán bộ nhân viên đi công tác, các đoàn công tác đến làm việc tại CN. Thực hiện công tác lái xe phục vụ việc vận chuyển hàng đặc biệt (tiền mặt, tài sản quý, giấy tờ có giá, ấn chỉ điều phối của cấp trên. quan trọng) theo lịch đã được phân công hoặc đột xuất theo điều phối của cấp trên. Chịu trách nhiệm về kỹ thuật của phương tiện vận chuyển, công tác bảo dưỡng xe định kỳ, đề xuất cấp trên phê duyệt sửa chữa trong trường hợp xe bị hư hỏng. Chủ động xin giấy ưu tiên hoặc mua vé qua cầu, phà nhanh chóng. Quản lý, giữ gìn, đảm bảo xe tốt, sạch sẽ, luôn sẵn sàng phục vụ, cập nhật đầy đủ số theo dõi lịch trình. Tuân thủ pháp luật về an toàn giao thông và chấp hành đúng các quy định của VCB trong việc quản lý và sử dụng xe. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác có liên quan do Lãnh đạo phòng giao.
