Parts & Service Intern• Utilize technical knowledge related to mechanical/electrical systems to support service stations with basic troubleshooting guidance under supervision of senior technicians• Assist in checking repair cases and service records in system• Identify issues or unusual patterns that require attention• Able to read and understand basic technical documentation

• Hỗ trợ nghiệp vụ các ứng dụng hiện có của công ty (ERP/ Phần mềm bán lẻ/ Quản lý hóa đơn điện tử/ Các ứng dụng vệ tinh người dùng sử dụng để vận hành công việc hàng ngày (ROP/WEB), ...• Tiếp nhận và phân luồng yêu cầu hỗ của người dùng hệ thống trên Helpdesk• Xử lý/điều phối các vấn đề hỗ trợ người dùng• Thực hiện hỗ trợ xử lý các sự cố liên quan các ứng dụng• Khi có yêu cầu thay đổi hoặc phát triển hệ thống mới:• Thực hiện phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, viết các tài liệu về quy trình nghiệp vụ, tài liệu đặc tả tính năng• Thực hiện viết tài liệu kịch bản kiểm thử, tham gia kiểm thử và đánh giá chất lượng phần mềm• Thực hiện viết tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng, đào tạo người sử dụng theo phân hệ được phân công• Thực hiện viết tài liệu cấu hình hệ thống, cấu hình & kiểm tra dữ liệu hệ thống• Tham gia hỗ trợ onsite và đào tạo người dùng• Nghe hotline IT và trực hỗ trợ người dùng ngoài giờ hành chính theo lịch phân công• Thực hiện các công việc khác có liên quan theo sự phân công của lãnh đạo CNTT
