Application Operation Officer (Core Operator)Experience: 3–5 years in application operations/IT support (banking or enterprise).Domain: Core Banking, Cards, Lending, or Payment (Citad, VCB Money, VTB, SWIFT).Technical:Docker & Kubernetes (AWS EKS is a plus).Apache Tomcat or similar servers.OS & DB admin: RedHat, Linux, Windows, MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle.Focus: Deployment, L2 support, troubleshooting, monitoring, backup, training L1. 2. Senior IT Operation (Bank Digitalization Solutions)Experience: 5+ years in large-scale, high-availability banking systems (Internet/Mobile Banking, e-Wallet, Digital Onboarding, CRM, BPM, etc.).Technical:Enterprise apps with 24/7 uptime.Apache, Nginx, IIS administration.OpenShift or similar orchestration.API management (WSO2, IBM API Connect, etc.).Relational & NoSQL DBs (MongoDB).Messaging queues: Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ.Cloud deployment (AWS or equivalent).Additional: Ops management, automation scripting, apply AI tools.Focus: Ensure stable/secure digital platforms, optimize performance, manage budget/resources, support projects, lead team.
