• Tư vấn các sản phẩm hoa trang trí, hoa tươi, hoa decor không gian phù hợp với nhu cầu khách hàng.
• Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị báo giá, hợp đồng và theo dõi tiến độ cung ứng sản phẩm.
• Phối hợp với bộ phận thiết kế, kho vận để đảm bảo chất lượng và thời gian giao hàng.
• Chăm sóc khách hàng và duy trì mối quan hệ hợp tác lâu dài.

Responsibility
I. Sales Activities
1. Expand the sales and profitability through Key Account (Customers & Distributors) by developing and implementing the Company’s strategy for Key Account.
2. Build the business plan for your Key Account aligned to the Company’s strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
3. Promote the complete Company's products & services at selected Key Accounts.
4. Develop new customers through SNS, market information, and on-site visiting.
5. Identify new and existing customer needs, provide solutions, and follow up on the customer’s responses to get the PO.
6. Build up good and long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs, machine mapping, maintenance cycle, and market trends.
7. Research & report about sales, market trends, competitors’ activities.
8. Negotiate sales contracts and projects in coordination with the Sales Support.
II. Engineering Activities:
1. Promote Company products & technology by presentation.
2. Technical support & troubleshooting when necessary.
3. Do training about the Company's products, bearing handling, bearing troubleshooting, and bearing installation to support customers, make good relationships & enhance the Company's brand.
4. Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations to customers to showcase the value of the products or services offered.
5. Receive customers’ quality claims & do an investigation with the Manager’s instruction. Negotiate with customers in need & report to customers about the investigation result.
6. Fulfill all customers’ requests about technical questions and technical surveys. Technical support at the customer site.
7. Other tasks from the company.
