• Lập và nộp các tờ khai thuế định kỳ:
  • Thuế GTGT
  • Thuế TNCN
  • Thuế TNDN (tạm tính, quyết toán)
  • Các loại thuế khác (nếu có)
• Theo dõi, đối chiếu số liệu thuế với sổ kế toán

• Kiểm tra tính hợp lệ, hợp pháp của hóa đơn đầu vào – đầu ra
• Hạch toán các nghiệp vụ liên quan đến thuế
• Theo dõi tình hình sử dụng hóa đơn điện tử
• Lưu trữ hồ sơ, chứng từ thuế đầy đủ, khoa học

• Lập báo cáo tài chính
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công

• Tìm kiếm, khai thác và phát triển khách hàng tiềm năng.
• Giới thiệu, tư vấn và bán sản phẩm/dịch vụ cho khách hàng.
• Xử lý đơn hàng và chăm sóc khách hàng sau bán hàng.
• Nghiên cứu thị trường, phân tích đối thủ cạnh tranh và đề xuất chiến lược kinh doanh.
• Báo cáo kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh định kỳ
• Giải đáp các câu hỏi của khách hàng rõ ràng và thuyết phục
• Tìm kiếm và phát triển khách hàng qua nhiều kênh khác nhau

3.  主导越南本地市场拓展与渠道建设，结合本地消费习惯与市场趋势，优化业务模式，提升市场占有率与品牌影响力；

4.  负责越南本地政商关系的搭建与维护，及时掌握本地政策动态、税务政策及法律法规变化，有效规避企业运营风险，保障公司合规运营；

5.  监控越南公司运营全流程，包括财务预算管控、成本优化、业务数据复盘等，及时发现运营中的问题并制定解决方案，推动运营效率提升，确保公司经营效益最大化；

6.  结合公司长期发展理念，制定越南公司长期发展计划，整合本地资源与总部资源，探索业务创新方向，助力公司在越南市场的可持续发展，实现与公司共同成长。

• Xây dựng, triển khai và quản lý chiến lược kinh doanh sản phẩm giao dịch hàng hóa (dầu, vàng, bạc, nông sản, kim loại, năng lượng, v.v.)
• Tìm kiếm, phát triển và duy trì mối quan hệ khách hàng cá nhân & tổ chức, tư vấn đầu tư phù hợp với nhu cầu.
• Phối hợp cùng phòng Marketing & Chuyên viên Phân tích Thị trường để phát triển các chiến dịch truyền thông và sản phẩm mới.
• Đào tạo, huấn luyện đội ngũ kinh doanh về kỹ năng tư vấn đầu tư, sản phẩm hàng hóa, kiến thức thị trường quốc tế.
• Báo cáo trực tiếp cho Ban Giám đốc về hiệu quả kinh doanh, tình hình thị trường và kế hoạch phát triển.

We are seeking a SALES SPECIALIST to drive aggressive growth and exceed revenue targets across our Building Systems. This role focuses on delivering high-performance solutions—including Waterproofing, Flooring, Roofing, Refurbishment, Sealing & Bonding and Building Finishing —to  industrial and high-rise construction projects throughout the Southern region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and retention.
• Negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms for Sika.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for both yourself and your team.
• Manage the sales cycle, including generating quotes, processing orders, and handling customer correspondence.
• Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers.
• Assist with credit control activities 
• Manage assigned projects according to your Line Manager's direction.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports, sales forecasts, and other required planning documents.
• Work effectively with colleagues and other departments to achieve shared goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Line Manager (South Sales Manager)
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information and documentation.
