LEGAL: Provide suggestions/advice to the Board of Management on legal compliance, current policies and regulations of the industry including both internal and state agencies. Ensure business operations comply with all legal regulations.Review, analyze and execute contracts, agreements, licenses, bidding activities and other legal documents related to the company's operations.Conduct assigned tasks and report to the Line Manager.RELATIONS: Build up, take good care of, maintain and enhance relationships with state agencies, Ministry of Education and Training, Departments of Education and Training, management board of high schools, secondary schools & primary schools.Build up wide relationships in the community of teachers and officials/leaders of schools, in order to develop and support enrollment.Contact state agencies, Ministry of Education and Training, Departments of Education and Training, management board of high schools, secondary schools & primary schools to arrange meetings regarding cooperation.ASSISTANT:Receive, implement the direction information and report to the Line Manager.Be in charge of supervising, following, managing progress/ workflows as requested by the Line Manager.Organize meetings and events (meeting planning and arranging, coordinating/taking meeting minutes, etc.) as requested by the Line Manager.Conduct periodical and comprehensive reports to the Line Manager.OTHER: Conduct other tasks required by the Line Manager.
