About the Role:

The Demand & Supply Planning (Junior Associate) will support the Demand & Supply Planning Supervisor in managing demand forecasts, supply planning, and inventory levels. You will ensure that the right products are available at the right time while maintaining healthy inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Planning

• Analyze sales data from the past 3–6 months to create sales forecasts for each SKU.
• Track and compare Forecast vs Actual sales to evaluate forecast accuracy and suggest adjustments when needed.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales performance for each SKU and update forecasts when necessary.
• Maintain and update Master Data (SKU information, lead time, MOQ, DOI, etc.) to ensure accurate data for planning.

Supply Planning

• Create weekly or monthly purchase plans for each SKU based on the sales forecast and supplier lead time.
• Track Purchase Orders (POs) and inbound delivery schedules, and coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure products arrive on time.
• Calculate and adjust safety stock levels to reduce the risk of out-of-stock while keeping inventory efficient.

Inventory Management

• Prepare and monitor daily reports on inventory levels, incoming stock, sales-in, and sales-out.
• Maintain appropriate Days of Inventory (DOI) for each SKU to optimize inventory while maintaining a good service level.
• Work with the Finance team and Brand team to check and reconcile warehousing and logistics costs.
• Track damaged goods and inform the Brand team for further action or product withdrawal.
• Monitor and report products that are close to expiry so related teams can plan sales activities.

• Lập kế hoạch và quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động livestream trên các sàn (TikTok Shop/Shopee/Lazada…).

• Lead & đào tạo team Live Operation: phân công công việc, theo dõi hiệu suất, đảm bảo chất lượng các phiên live.

• Xây dựng, chuẩn hóa và triển khai SOP vận hành livestream (trước – trong – sau live).

• Phối hợp với Host, Media, Vận hành sàn để tối ưu kịch bản, sản phẩm, visual và hiệu quả bán hàng.

• Theo dõi, phân tích các chỉ số livestream (traffic, doanh thu, tỉ lệ chuyển đổi…) và đề xuất phương án tối ưu.

• Kiểm soát chất lượng phòng live, thiết bị, công cụ vận hành; xử lý sự cố phát sinh trong quá trình live.

• Báo cáo kết quả định kỳ và đề xuất chiến lược phát triển livestream theo từng giai đoạn.

• Thực hiện các buổi livestream giải trí trên nền tảng TikTok tại phòng livestream cá nhân của công ty (được trang bị thiết bị chuyên nghiệp như iPhone 15 Pro Max, PC, sound card, ZV E10, Lens 30mm v.v.).
• Nội dung livestream bao gồm: trò chuyện tương tác với người xem, tham gia PK, biểu diễn hát, nhảy cá nhân,...
• Phối hợp với đội ngũ sáng tạo để xây dựng nội dung, hình ảnh cá nhân và chiến lược phát triển kênh.
• Tham gia các buổi đào tạo định kỳ nhằm nâng cao kỹ năng và phát triển theo hướng KOL/KOC chuyên nghiệp.
