Xây dựng hoặc phối hợp Phòng/Ban TSC tại VCB xây dựng các báo cáo ngành hàng, sản phẩm tín dụng theo quy định của VCB làm cơ sở định hướng tín dụng cho hoạt động kinh doanh và quản lý rủi ro tín dụng theo ngành hàng.5. Tham gia các lớp đào tạo, tập huấn nghiệp vụ theo kế hoạch của phòng và VCB.

This role will serve as a strategic partner for finance in delivering effective system solutions that align with organizational objectives and maintain high standards of governance, process and data integrity across all finance platforms.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSystem Enhancement & Project managementLead finance system upgrades, automation, and process improvements.Manage project scope, stakeholders, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.Track project progress, risks, and alignment with business goals.BAU (Business As Usual) OperationsAct as the first point of contact for Finance users for system issues, troubleshoot and resolve system issues with IT and business teams.Oversee daily finance system operations, ensuring data accuracy and smooth integration.Maintain and update finance systems for compliance and efficiency.Prepare and validate financial data and reports from finance systems.Develop user guides, conduct training, and provide ongoing support to finance system users.Process, Control & System UpdatesIdentify and implement process and control enhancements within finance operations.Lead updates to processes and controls in company systems to ensure alignment with business needs and best practices.Ensure all system changes and updates are properly documented and communicated.Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
