Thời gian làm việc: xoay ca từ Thứ 2- Chủ Nhật (Nghỉ 1 ngày không cố định)
• Ca 1: 7H30 - 17H
• Ca 2: 8H30 - 18H
1. Legal Execution work (70%)
- Drafting and preparing the application/registration dossiers to submit to the local government agencies as assigned Legal & Compliance Manager
- To cooperate with external agencies to obtain Company licenses/permit/approval related to Company operation and preparing & following up the investment report to authorities.
- Preparing and reviewing all the correspondences to the local government agencies and stakeholders as assigned
- Managing junior temporary staff in documenting contracts for Sales & Procurements on Contract database system
- Assisting Legal & Compliance Manager in handling the internal/external complaints and legal cases
- Communicating and monitoring the external counsels to execute projects of Legal Department as assigned.
- To be Legal BP for all departments of Company (Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IT, HR, PAC,)
- To support Legal & Compliance Manager on building and managing Contract Management System, ask LEO, SOP and executing other projects as assigned.
- Reviewing internal and external contracts/agreements that the company engages as well as other documents of Company, to make sure the compliance with Vietnamese regulations as well as internal policies of the Company.
- Providing legal research and advice for functional departments in legal issues/matters and the operation of the company in respect of Vietnam law
- Supporting internal departments to resolve daily legal issue and ad-hoc cases.
- To cooperate with external party on bad debt collection.
- Executing Legal Audit for departments (Supply Chain, Sales & Commercial, HR) as assigned.
- Company Stamp Control and POA management
2. Compliance works (20%)
- Assisting the LEO/Legal & Compliance Manager in answering all questions and supporting the other functional departments in relation to Code of Conduct (COC) and legal guidelines
- Assisting the LEO/Legal & Compliance Manager handling the COC violation and allegation in investigation.
- Training Code of Conduct (COC) to employees from time to time as assigned.
- Updating COC information to employees
3. Legal filling system (10%)
- Being in charge of the legal document and contracts database
- Managing the corporate documents
- To make contracts report weekly
- To provide contracts and other documents as requested by departments after approved
- Other tasks are assigned by Direct Line Manager.
