MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC
Quản lý và theo dõi công nợ phải trả đối với nhà cung cấp; kiểm soát chứng từ mua hàng, thực hiện thủ tục thanh toán và đảm bảo các khoản thanh toán được thực hiện đúng hạn theo quy định của công ty và đối tác. Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý dòng tiền chi ra, hạch toán công nợ và thực hiện thủ tục thanh toán. Lập kế hoạch thanh toán và đảm bảo thanh toán đúng hạn cho các Hãng, nhà phân phối.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH
1. Theo dõi công nợ NCC
– Kiểm tra, đối chiếu và ghi nhận công nợ phải trả cho từng nhà cung cấp dựa trên phiếu nhập mua, hoá đơn, hợp đồng.
– Kiểm tra tính hợp lệ của hồ sơ mua hàng: hoá đơn, hợp đồng, đơn đặt hàng, biên bản giao hàng, phiếu nhâp kho …
– Kiểm tra, đối chiếu công nợ với các nhà cung cấp định kỳ, thường xuyên.
– Tính và đối chiếu các khoản chiết khấu mua vào theo tháng, quý, năm của Hãng.
– Lập bảng kê hàng hoá, dịch vụ mua vào hàng tháng gửi cho kế toán Tổng hợp.
– Hạch toán các nghiệp vụ kế toán liên quan
2. Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện thủ tục thanh toán
– Lập báo cáo công nợ Hãng, nhà cung cấp theo thời hạn thanh toán định kỳ.
– Lập kế hoạch thanh toán theo tiến độ/ thời hạn thanh toán.
– Kiểm tra, kiểm soát chứng từ thanh toán tiền mặt và ngân hàng
– Kiểm tra khế ước, dư nợ vay, thời hạn trả nợ vay và làm hồ sơ thanh toán gửi ra ngân hàng.
– Mở bảo lãnh tạm ứng, thanh toán, thực hiện hợp đồng theo điều khoản trong hợp đồng với Hãng, nhà cung cấp.
3. Hỗ trợ và phối hợp
– Phối hợp với bộ phận kinh doanh, ngành hàng, kho vận để đảm bảo chứng từ đầy đủ và đồng nhất.
– Hỗ trợ kế toán trưởng tổng hợp số liệu phục vụ báo cáo tài chính.
– Lưu trữ hồ sơ, chứng từ kế toán liên quan đến chi phí và công nợ phải trả theo đúng quy định.
– Phối hợp với các TCH, thu ngân kiểm kê hàng hoá, quỹ tiền mặt định kỳ hoặc khi có yêu cầu.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
– Nữ độ tuổi từ 22-30 tuổi
– Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính hoặc liên quan.
– Có kinh nghiệm từ 1 năm trở lên tại vị trí tương đương trong công ty thương mại.
– Hiểu biết nghiệp vụ kế toán thương mại: bán hàng, công nợ, thuế GTGT.
– Sử dụng thành thạo Excel và phần mềm kế toán (ưu tiên Bravo, Fast hoặc phần mềm tương ).
– Tư duy logic, cẩn thận, trung thực, chủ động và có trách nhiệm với công việc.
– Thái độ tích cực, vui vẻ, hoà đồng, chịu được áp lực công việc cao.
