As a Backend Engineer at Everfit, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the infrastructure behind our AI-powered fitness coaching platform. 1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Nhân viên pha chế
• Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu và dụng cụ pha chế trước ca làm.
• Pha chế cà phê, trà, nước uống theo công thức chuẩn của quán.
• Đảm bảo chất lượng, thẩm mỹ đồ uống khi phục vụ khách.
• Kiểm tra, bổ sung nguyên liệu hàng ngày.
• Giữ gìn vệ sinh quầy pha chế và dụng cụ sạch sẽ, gọn gàng.
• Hỗ trợ đóng mở quán (set up/quản lý kho đồ uống).
Nhân viên bồi bàn
• Đón tiếp khách hàng, giới thiệu menu, nhận order.
• Phục thức uống đến bàn khách.
• Dọn dẹp bàn ghế, giữ gìn vệ sinh khu vực phục vụ.
• Hỗ trợ thanh toán, chăm sóc khách hàng trong quá trình sử dụng dịch vụ.
• Hỗ trợ các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý.

MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC Tham gia xây dựng và tổ chức thực hiện các chương trình đào tạo, huấn luyện đội ngũ bán hàng (về năng lực chuyên môn, năng lực quản lý và các quy trình, chính sách bán hàng) để nâng cao năng lực đội ngũ bán hàng nhằm thực hiện hiệu quả các công việc được giao. TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ NHIỆM VỤ 1. Xây dựng và triển khai hoạt động nâng cao năng lực đội ngũ bán hàng. a) Xây dựng kế hoạch đào tạo, phát triển năng lực đội ngũ bán hàng. b) Đầu mối xây dựng, rà soát, cập nhật, điều chỉnh các quy trình, quy định, hướng dẫn làm việc cho đội ngũ bán hàng (Sales Process Book), các tài liệu đào tạo cho đội ngũ bán hàng, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn các hình thức như tài liệu bằng giấy, bản mềm, video, hội thoại ghi âm,…về các nội dung: Quy trình bán hàng, tình huống bán hàng, kỹ năng mềm,… c) Điều phối, tổ chức thực hiện các chương trình đào tạo theo kế hoạch đào tạo định kỳ và đột xuất cho đội ngũ bán hàng (bao gồm cả đào tạo ban đầu cho nhân viên bán hàng mới), truyền lửa, thúc đẩy và tạo động lực cho đội ngũ bán hàng. d) Phát triển các chương trình đào tạo cho đội ngũ bán hàng về các nhiệm vụ liên quan đến công tác bán hàng và phối hợp với các Giám đốc Phát triển thị trường khu vực/Kênh, Giám sát kinh doanh để thực hiện đào tạo. e) Giám sát, kiểm tra, đánh giá việc thực hiện kế hoạch đào tạo, huấn luyện nội bộ của Sales (VD: Giám sát kinh doanh (SS) huấn luyện trực tiếp trên tuyến cho Đại diện kinh doanh (SR)/ Nhân viên kinh doanh (SM) - On Field Coaching...) f) Tổ chức đánh giá năng lực của đội ngũ bán hàng để từ đó xây dựng kế hoạch đào tạo, huấn luyện sát thực tế. g) Soạn thảo, đề xuất các quy trình, biểu mẫu, quy định đối với việc huấn luyện, đào tạo đội ngũ bán hàng; đánh giá hiệu quả các hoạt động đào tạo. 2.
